ill PM my friend code just passs me you'res trought reply.. and for Crisper video select HD videos to downscale.. dosent sound like much but it works (also raising the videos bitrate to MAX in the converter setings helps)

I figured it out! Please post this in your description! If the video is not playing, all you have to do, is open it up in windows live movie maker, don't edit anything, save it, then convert it to your settings in format factory. Rename it to HNI_**** (replace *s with numbers), and you're done!

@CoolMaster224 no it wont brick youre system since this isnt ilegal, it just uses a video player that was built into the latest firmware update of the 3ds (the one used to replay video's made by the 3ds).

challenging method - cut each part that levels up in Windows Movie Maker

I have a question is there a program out there to split video files after a certain time? like the 3ds cant play videos after 10 mins so, is there a program to split other video files? or will we have to do it by hand?

@TheDarkFenrir format factory can split videos manualy but for something more practical youll have to find a better software

@Robinlow12345 i cant really explain why it does that, but converting it to another format (mkv is the best for no quality loss), seems to work. so if youre video dosent show up to the 3ds just convert to mkv first

@Zustakhn sadly other then reducing the frame rate there isn't much you can do :( its just a limitation of the AVI

i got a video i had recorded with a DVR to work but the audio is choppy - its not choppy when playing it on the computer...also it cuts off a little short of the end

It's not working for me. I've dine the conversion just like you did & renamed the file to the correct name, but still nothing. I tried your sample from the 3DS forums & that worked & made it update the management file but when I tried my file it didn't do anything. :/
