honestly if you want to get restoration up easily all you have to do is cast (novice healing spell in one hand, and novice equilibrium in the other hand) for those of you that don't know equilibrium is an alteration magic spell. You may have to buy a book to learn it, i don't remember how i got it. (This works by the equilibrium draining your health and gives magic while you use healing spell to heal)

I'm no big fan of item management and I'm also a packrat, so I like to have all of my stuff with me all the time. I only modified other perks to "respec".
