The 454 is a gm engine the charger more likely had a 440 or a 426 hemi.

what if it was a bored and stroked 440? or hemi??? you got a hell of a lot more engine numbers now for engines. ex i got a 505 pontiac and its got a bigger chevy 502... its all pontiac..;)
