go to the list of countrys click on there name and go were it says declear war and if you dont have that many units on the field try deploying you reserves

@slyfox43 hopefully you get the game back lol.......................i was flordia and i thought, the only place to go is up and out lol. i had allies from florida to arizona and i ripped up through illiniose, who decided to ally with me just before i attacked lol it was fun but a litte complicated anwyays cheers.

At 0:05 it shows exactly how to do it. Bring up the state menu, click on the faction you want fight. Then on the bottom right of the second window there should be a go to war button.

@Grozoly There are about 20 different scenarios. World War III is one of the largest scenarios, and involves every nation-state on the map. With pausing every 6 hours to monitor the prograss of the economy and government settings, this world conquest scenario could easily run for months and months...
