天才（てんさい）Means prodigy, or genius.  So the vid info is calling the director a prodigy.

To clarify for those who can't read the Japanese, this is re: MiinnieMousie's mistake.

In Japanese, to say someone's age, you say the number followed by "sai". So to say "three years old", you would say "san-sai" ("san" being 3 in Japanese).

The vid info has the Japanese word 天才,

pronounced "tensai", in it, referring to the director. Thus the mistake with thinking the director is 10 years old, but of course the Japanese word for 10 is not "ten".

10 years old would be "juusai" (十歳).
