All of you none believers & haters are gona regret it when you stand before God. Also, you will never have true life til you surrender to him & he's more than life or than any of us can understand & be careful what you say because there are consequences for your sins & i hope you all will change your life before its too late.
Who gives a crap if it's christian, hate ppl preaching religion in comments on youtube, and then going crazy when they find some1 who doesn't think/believe the same.
I for one just enjoy the song,it sounds awesome and has a meaning for me (that has nothing to do with religion)
There are MANY great christian rock bands out there, disciple is another amazing band. God spoke 2 me through pillar when i had been backsliding in my walk with God throughout most of the time i had been saved, I am truly greatful for them and others like them
im guessing by the comments that pillar is a Christian band.....WOO!!awesome,not the ENTIRE music industry spends tehir time writing stuoid songs with meaningless and stupid lyrics!(lady gaga, justinYOUKNOWWHO,usher, etc.)
By the way, if you (or any others) are looking for other Christian bands with good lyrics, you might want to try Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, RED, Decyfer Down, The Letter Black, and even Flyleaf.
@andorvaelis You're right, not every band does. And I don't listen to a song because of the artist; I listen for the lyrics and the meaning. But there are many artists in today's culture that write/sing about things that have little real significance, or things that they do not fully understand. It's refreshing to hear heartfelt, emotional songs, rather than songs about how this guy met this girl and so they slept together or how someone was joyriding and doing drugs.
@meandmyfriends999 lol i hope you dont get any heat for that comment people seem to hate the word "Christian" these days its sickening how people slander us..
jesus shined his light into the dark to show us the way to him. amen to the people that choose to believe in him. this band greatly contributes to that.=}
@texaswc18 Pillar, Kutless, and other Christian rockers are more in line with the world we're living in than many churches. Rob Beckley and John Micah Sumrall...lead singers of Pillar and Kutless...are great ambassadors for Christ. They talk about issues we face in life. Real world things you don't hear of in many churches. Christ didn't just come for the holy rollers. He came for everyday folks as well. God bless you.

you know i don't even believe in religion and this band did amazing things for me this song in particular it helps me write and inspires me to become who i want to be as a person and a musician they truly are amazing and p.s. i like the video you got the audio to sound amazingly clear for you tube
@keymeana Really good audio in youtube!<--best what I have ever heard! nice lyrics and nice moon :) God bless you keymeana! and I love Pillar band and this song :)
@texaswc18 I think too often people try to visualize God as this old guy who loves people singing hymns to organ music in old churches. Truth of the matter is, Christ didn't come to save just those people. He came to earth to be a light unto ALL PEOPLE. Jesus hung out with the every day folks....fishermen, tax collector's, etc. Heck, He was a carpenter. I believe Pillar, Kutless, and other groups are more in line with what we're dealing with today than a lot of what is preached of in church.

other good songs are: echelon, fireproof, further from myself, hypnotized, bring me down, frontline, staring back, one thing, resolution, where ever the wind blows, secrets and regrets
Did you have a specific person or story in mind while writing "Angel in Disguise"?
Rob: A father from a church that Noah and I were going to was abusing both the kids and the mom. We found out about it and brought it to the surface. I just thought about that story and how she [the mom] was an angel for the kids and really saved them from any more pain and emotional torture. The first verse was inspired by that, and then I took that and made it into my own story.
Well, I did this song for someone who I thought was my friend. This is me finally letting go of all of my anger, sorrow, and regrets that came from what happened between us. This is my last goodbye to her.
My favorite by Pillar is probably either Frontline or Sunday Bloody Sunday. =)
They are going to be at kingdombound this summer in buffalo, new york aug 3-6 as well as hawk nelson and skillet its at derrien lake theme park so there's rides and coasters and a sick water park its quiet expensive but if u can afford to go to it it is so worth it i went last year for the last day to see hawk nelson it was one of the top highlights of my life
I will however be at Night of Joy, and see Skillet, but I was just recently introduced to Pillar, and haven't yet gotten to see them live. Maybe someday they'll come down for Night of Joy or Rock the Universe.
Pillar is a truly unique band. and ill love them forever.
