  • North Korea will seize Seoul, South Korea and then once again SK's father Uncle Sam will come to save the day.

  • @DragonOfQin For more detailed reasoning, see my response to "BlackBelt3rdDegree". The ROK Armed Forces are a fully modernised military, with high-quality training and an experienced leadership. Not only this, but South Korea is also exponentially richer, and has allies willing to help it. The only possible outcome of a renewed civil war is a South Korean victory, and subsequent reunification.

  • and South Korea's Next term aircraft budget is 10B$.. F-35 is next term aircraft.. but North Korea dont have money. their aircrafts are outdated...

  • Air Craft, generation

    North Korea : Mig 17(190, 0generation), Mig 19(210, 0G), Mig 21(170, 1G) Mig 23(45, 2G), Mig 29(35, 4G)

    South Korea : F4 E(68, 2G), F-16 Block52(180, 4G-), F-15K Slameagle(80, 4.5G), E-737(4, AEW&C)....

South Korea's E-737's MESA Raida range is Radius 500Km..

But North Korea's Newest Mig 29's Raida range is 65Km...

South Korea's Amramm Guide Missile's range is 72Km..

    But North Korea's Newest Mig 29's AA-12 missile's range is 35Km

    Military power = Economic Power

  • North Korea(population 23 million)

    GDP(Nominal) - 12 Billion$(536$), Export volum - 1.17 billion$ National defense Spending - 5billion$(41.7% GDP)

    South Korea(population 50million)

    GDP(Nominal) - 1.17 Trillion$(23,849$), Export - 5652.26 Billion$(world top 7th), National defense Spending - 28 billion$(2.4% GDP-world Top 9th)..

yes ,,, South Koera's National defense spending is bigger than North korea's Total GDP(Nominal)....

  • i can recognize that fucking woman voice lol !!

  • north korean forces have good training BUT they have outdated military and their special forces cant compare to South Koreans....PLUS South Korea has the most modern equipment

I cant say that South Korea could conquer North Korea....but they would kick out any attempt of an assault by North Koreans without much of a sweat

  • North Korea would run out of food and ammunition in about a week of fighting.

  • @Brian91506 i assure you North Korea is anything but weak...in the Korean War Russia supplied North Korea with T-34 tanks and Russian Military Training...

  • @tuffsing well im 100% South Korean and i think South and North Korea are at war North Korea has the 4th largest army in the world and North Korean training is the most difficult most brutal unforgiving and painful training in the world you have to DODGE KNIVES DURING TRAINING and North Korea has Russia and China as allies and South Korea would receive help from the U.S and America's many many allies which would lead to WWlll the Korean war was unexpected not even NK's allies knew i think

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree

I don't think that Russia is a North Korean ally.

  • @MatteoriteX Russia is actually against North Korea. But North Korea is trying to have Russia.

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree North Korea is nothing but outdated military equipment and poor leadership.

"North Korean training is the most difficult most brutal unforgiving and painful training in the world you have to DODGE KNIVES DURING TRAINING"

Tell that to the Chinese Boxers in the Boxer rebellion who believed they could dodge the bullets of the Europeans. Russia and China arent willing to die for a weak, starving Asian state in poverty,

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree I believe you're buying into the "KPA myth". That is, the myth that the North Korean military has any realistic chance of victory against the ROK Armed Forces. Firstly, KPA training is incredibly poor quality, whereas ROK military training is renowned for its effectiveness. In fact, in Vietnam, our soldiers and marines were the most combat efficient. What also needs to be accounted for is that the KPA has no idea how to fight a modern war: it would use Human waves.

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree Secondly, North Korean military equipment is woefully outdated, being mostly World War II Soviet surplus, and early Cold War technology. While they may have had the advantage in 1950, they lost it decades ago. On the other hand, ROK military equipment is modern, developed both domestically (in Korea, by Koreans) and provided by allies (Russia, the U.S., Europe). The K11 rifle and K2 tank, for example.

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree Thirdly, the North Korean numerical advantage is nonexistent, if you consider that many South Korean males are reservists, and that the U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps have a very large force poised to aid the ROK at a moment's notice. Fourthly, you have to realise that the North has very little resources: in the event of war, they would run out quickly.

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree And lastly, you should know that Russia is a good economic ally of the Republic of Korea, and that diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the ROK have been friendly since the end of the Korean War. In addition, the PRC (China) is also an important economic ally: neither country would risk losing a great source of income in order to protect a dying nation that has become a waste of effort.

  • @BlackBelt3rdDegree In conclusion, really, the only possible outcome of a renewed Korean Civil War would be a North Korean defeat. It's my hope, however, that war won't occur: Kim Jong-Un has already started negotiations with the U.S. and Il Myung-Bak's administration, and hopefully, we can reunify the nation peacefully, becoming a single Korea for the first time in close to a century.

  • south korea would destroy the outdated, ill trained, under equipt and starving north korean army in a conventional conflict!

  • n korea 's marching army must not have slept for 10 days and if one trips and falls, execution!

  • Obviously North Korea got bigger penis

  • North korea has the people but not techs. I think south will crush north without surprise. They can't kill themselves with bio and nukes. Riht?

  • they have maybe some chuck norris souljas, but their vehicles are from the vietnam era... wanna be fags

  • personally i think ,if USA didnt intererve the n korea and s korea issue ,porbably they still getting along very well...usa always makes things complicated ,

  • @karycooper1 good thinking, else they become to strong for the american government to handle..

and what if they after that get along very well with China? LOL it could actually be very peaceful

  • @myfatproductions yeah if US did not intervene, South Korea would not become a puppet of the U.S. Korea will be unified under DPRK. However, DPRK will be vassal of China but its not a big deal really.

  • meanwhile in Africa......

  • @magic276 the n. korean troops are starved so once they invade south korea n. korean troops will probably stay where they have food. a defensive war is much easier to fight than an offensive war.

  • MABUHAY SOUTH KOREA....FIGHT FOR DEMOCRACY FROM THE PHILIPPINES

  • keep wasting your missiles north korea

  • N.Korea would destroy S.Korea any time. No comparison at all !

  • @lucaspark0302 lmfao.....read something before you try and state facts....south korea was fucked from the get go . they were left with very little military power by the usa because they were going to probably invade the north if we gave them weaponry like the russians gave the north. the south was on the verge of being overran with no way or chance of stopping them until the un mainly america stepped in and even then it took considerable time to get things stabilized and eventually push them

  • @lucaspark0302 north. china got involved when we got too close to their border with the north and bam an additional half a million communist forces were added to the fight with an unlimited reserve. we as a planet are god damn lucky cooler heads prevailed in america and russia because this would have gone atomic very quickly if not. little known fact is that this time russia could not destroy america yet even tho they had the bomb so this happen in a window of time where america actually

  • @lucaspark0302 considered carrying out a first strike on the ussr because we could have survived the limited counter strike the russians could counter with at that time. this window closed around 1954 much of the reasoning behind the thought of striking first at that time was due to the korean war . we were that close to the unthinkable . it chills the blood to even think about it really

  • 1:35 :D

  • North Korean army is good for parades but in a real conflict 90% of its soviet scrap would be annihilated within the first 24 hours. Saddam has similar composition both in 1991 and 2003 - inferior soviet weaponry like T72 tanks, MiG 29 fighters, various SCUD missiles - and Allies were done with him in a week. They might outgun the South in AK74 per capita but their equipment and tactics got stuck up sometime around 1980s.

  • @bombic85 I agree with you 100%, dude. There is one concern I have to address about the capabilities of the DPRK: cyber warfare. We in the Free World need to be cautious of this.

  • what a show off

  • @1Banerjee yeah man exactly....retard.

  • this video is so fake they got really old video of north korea and new video of south

  • South korea! Lets's go!

  • Is it me or is it the crazy frog talking?

  • Now kim jong is dead. ITS TIME FOR SOUTH KOREA TO INVADE NORTH KOREA!!! LET GO KILL NORTH KOREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey north Korea, you heard of predator drones?

  • @dclaver2 hey south korea heard of nukes? ;)

  • @DragonOfQin Yeah South Korea has a hell lot more than north korea.

  • @dclaver2 sk got no nukes though.

  • Hey! Its a dead guy talking at the beginning!

    RIP, ugly bastard.

  • North Korean tech = Soviet 1980s

South Korean tech = US 1990-2000s

    EATUP

  • NK and there world war 2 weapons haha

  • NOrth korea thinks training ur body to be like stone can stop bullets. O.o

  • nk can wipe out seoul in minutes...

  • @SuperMrBentley then NK will be gone in minutes.

  • Wow, the North Koreans can probably punch a hole straight through a tank with their bare hands.

  • South Korea = Food & Prosperity

    North Korea =Hunger & Suffering

  • SOUTH KOREA KILLS DOGS FOR MEAT!!!!!!!!

  • @Pickuptruckdude

    so what?

some ppl eat duck chicken beef

some ppl eat fish and pork

    some eat dog and rabbit

  • @ComradeMing That's a reason why we can't invade the North: not a military advantage. That aside however, the North only has a handful of nuclear explosives in its arsenal. If those are removed through direct action, a military defeat of the KPA would be a matter of weeks.

  • @ComradeMing North Korea has no effective missile systems, and even if they did, missiles can be shot down in small numbers. Hardly nuclear war: there isn't much of a threat.

  • South Korea has superior weaponry and economy, but I think North Korea is superior for a few reasons.

I imagine that North Soldiers are probably able to live by eating dirt, they are motivated because their own families are hostages, and probably they already experienced killing people.

They have tunnels everywhere so the front lines is full of leaks.

Compared to south korea, they really have nothing to lose.

South's capital is in marching distance.

And South is bound by some degree of ethics.

  • @blah9568 The ROK Armed Forces are better equipped, better trained, and have much more morale and esprit de corps, are comparable in military size to the KPA if reserves are included, have a significantly stronger economy and thus a much larger defence budget, and possess US military support. If the Korean War were to continue with hostilities, I have the utmost confidence in my fellow servicemen to win.

  • N Korea is operating numerous spy networks in S Korea and it's a common knowledge among Koreans that they have built lots of underground tunnels that are long and deep enough to reach the city of Daegu, so they can pop up here and there behind the front line and cause havoc and stuff.

  • Quantity vs Quality who well win ? Like Stalin said QUANTITY have is quality. North Korean solider and people are so fuck up they welling to die in Millions but question can South do the same. And Latest North Korea have 1 million sleeper agent in south, so that is big problem. i wish there be no war. But when shit happen is very body guess.

  • North Koreas army is still stuck in the 80's

  • The NK look scary in their parades but once they face the SK, they'll just drop their gun and run

  • NORTH KOREA DO NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH FUEL 2 WAGE WAR. THERE TANKS WILL RUN OUT OF GAS BEFORE GETTING ACROSS THE 38TH LOL

  • @seoulkidd1 Actually no..........The North Korean military maintains 4 months of Fuel Reserves for a all out war. South Korea only maintains 38 days of Fuel Reserves, the difference is SK can import more if North Korea fails to disable South Koreas port facilities at Incheon and Busan in the initial assault.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru even with there 4 month surply if a conflict erupts it will be destroyed and the north will have 2 use fuel when they can find it. the germans had the same problem in ww2 when they try 2 reach antwep.

  • @seoulkidd1 How do you believe it will it be destroyed? Irregardless if they havent beat south korea in 4 weeks theyve already lost.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru north korea just has the numbers. the south has its hands tied with the us keep them back. in the past 20 yrs the south has become a strong military but because of the 1st engagment its rep is tarnished.

  • @seoulkidd1 I'm not saying North Korea's military is better. I'm saying its good enough that it still has a fair shot at winning against just south korea, particularly if Suprise is achieved. Nor am I denying the quality of the south korean military, its training is above average and its equipment is excellent. However the strategic deployment of ROK forces is terrible and politically motivated. 90% of SK equipment is within 30km of the DMZ, meaning that any breakthrough would be disasterous

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru in the 50's the south didnt have an airforce no it has a pretty good airforce with awacs. but if there was a 2nd conflict it wouldnt be by surprise.

  • @seoulkidd1 Believe it or not the most optimistic USFK estimates put warning time at 12 hours or less. I Can source that if you'd like. AWACS can provide some warning of an airborne assault but given the small size of the korean peninsula and the fact that NK also has AWACS (They took an old An-24 and jammed modern radars and EW equipment in it in the late 90's) nonwithstanding the fact that AWACS provides no warning of ground forces movement.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru A KPA breakthrough /would/ prove disastrous, and would likely result in a great deal of destruction in the early hours of conflict. Mind that we have been preparing for a continuance of hostilities for over fifty years now, however: there are contingencies in place, and countless emergency plans. The North's ONLY advantage is the possible element of surprise: in technology, training, tactics, strategy, economy, and even numbers, it is disadvantaged.

  • south korea has no chance against the north, have u ever seen one of them k- pop videos? south koreans are too girly to fight anyone

  • @vybncomps Have you seen America and their love for Justin Bieber? They're too girly to fight China, Sounds insane right? Exactly. That's K-Pop. If you saw the South Korean Military, their trainings are badass. Makes the U.S Navy Seal and the Spetsnaz look like pussies

  • 북한 애들 티비방송 만드는거나 노래 만드는 거 생각하면 참 무슨 만화만드는 것 같다....

  • North=trying, South= Doing.....Eyup the North is officially fucked, and it knows it.

  • hahahah the title should have been a dog vs a lion or something North Korea is NO MACTH for SOuth korea!..god bless SSOuth.... greetings from Mexico City, Mexico

  • south korea is way better, nobody wants to go to a communist country.

  • North Korean MiG-21.. vs South Korean F-16

We all know what Israelis with 36 F-16s did to 80 MiGs back in 1981 right??

  • @technical010 North Korea does operate 120-150 MiG-29, MiG-23ML, and MiG-21bis. Not to mention SK's most cmmon fighter is still F-4 and F-5.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

Wrong.. there are only 40 MiG-29s in North Korea

South Korea does not operate F-5 for combat...

    South Korea has 120 KF-16s and 40 F-15K..

    TA-50 and FA-50 will replace the 175 F-5E..

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

    120 MiG-29 and MiG-23ML.. there are around 50 MiG-23 in North Korea 40 MiG-29

thats around 90.. the rest of the 200 others are MiG-19 or MiG-21.

    South Korea has 175 F-5Es.. 60 F-4E.. 60 FA-50 will replace the F-5Es

The Frontline of SK Air Force is 120 KF-16 and 40 F-15K

    The Frontline of KPAF is 200 MiG-21/J-7 .. 50 MiG-23.. and 40 MiG-29

    Training hours

S.Korean pilot annual flight hours 70

N.Korean pilot annual flight hours 25

  • @technical010 You are Quite correct on MiG 29/23 but you forgot the ~30 MiG-21bis (A Heavily upgraded version) They also have 150-200 Chengdu F-7/MiG-21 PFM that could be used for ground attack or to intercept bombers but would be useless against a modern fighter. Then there is 100-200 J-6/MiG-19 and J-5/MiG-17. They use the MiG-17's as trainers and the MiG-19's are mostly unservicable so they use them as decoys. KPAF Pilots operating MiG-23ML and MiG-29 do recieve much more flight time though.

  • @technical010 I'm not saying the North Korean air force is equivelant to its south korean counterpart. I'm saying the gap isn't as large as many people think. Beides the real strength of the KPAF is its air defense. 1000+ SAM's and enough AAA to literally throw up the weight (62,000t) of a Iowa Class battleship in a single volley twice over. Really I'm Quite appreciative of your intelligent and timely response. To many trolls on these videos.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

i want to talk to you in private.. im interested.. you see it is a fact that KPA's budget is $5 billion or 6

and ROKM's budget is around $20b beyond.. okay.. looking at ROKM.. we should consider

the cost of armaments in South compared to North.. KPA maybe spending far less but

they dont pay ther 1 million soldiers $2000 salary like in the South.. infact

$300 is enough for a payment of a KPA sergeant.

there are many factors.. and wanna talk about it?

  • @technical010 Sure Why Not? Just Message my youtube account and we can continue. 6 billion is the budget assuming the South Korean NK GDP estimate of 24 billion dollars, the budget (Source:NK economy watch) may actually be closer to 11 billion assuming a US State department estimate of ~40 billion dollars. Of COurse at the same time South Korean defense budget has gone up to 27 and a half billion now so your point remains valid.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

And not to forget.. a MiG-21 might cost only $1200 to fly in 1 hour.. compared to F-16 $3000/hr

a MiG-21 carrying full payload can kill 100 people in dense area using maybe a Free Fall bomb

same goes with the F-16 can probably if not out fly.. outdate the MiG-21 in terms of radar

    and BVR..

No wonder why North Korea is still considered a threat.. their tools are old and obsolete

by standards.. the PROBLEM is.. they are working and thats the PROBLEM

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

So that means some military fan idiot kids.. who think South Korea can pawn the North..

might be TRUE.. ONLY.. in the LONG RUN.. if the terms are on monetary or resources capability

However lets say 500,000 attacking NK troops.. with 1000 T-55.. against

300,000 SK troops with 400 K1A1 will be freaking HARDCORE..

Lets not forget how North Korea owns around 15,000 Hwasong ( Improved Soviet Igla ) or Stinger

to be used against AH-1 and Apaches or all choppers

  • They would get pwned so hard by the south koreans

  • Most of those brainwashed fucks are malnourished and are only 5 feet tall. They could be wiped out with only a few carpet bombs.

  • south korea does not even stand a change to defeat formidable north korean army! north korea built their army for only self-defense.

And for the record, did u know that north korea haven't invaded other countries even once in their existence while south korea sent troops to kill innocent afganistan and iraq people along with the US fuckers. they are killing people for peace.

  • @Mrshady333 you sound like an anti American fuck who hates or jealous of the status America has along with its south korean ally. what are you a fucking communist loving, brain washed liberal. FYI dum ass about 50 plus years ago, north korea did invaded the south in an unprovoked manner. They wanted to dominate the sout under thier or your communist ideology and rule everyone in the peninsula. Read the history dumb ass.

  • @Mrshady333 cause the people in irak and afganistan that they kill, are killers that plan to attack other countries.while north korea kills their people if they try to escape or if they escape, they kill their children or family.so which one is better?,a communist country that kills their own people,or a democratic country that kills bad people to protect their country and their people?

  • yeah they have an ass load of ground forces and troops, which would have made them dangerous in a war 60 years ago. if they went to war with south korea and america, they would be blown way with the precision of out technological warfare. it would be a blood bath for the north.

  • they do not think that North Korea is the same in 1950 north korea, south korea has the best modern technology and are general, broad bone that are not running and the north Koreans are bastards who live like grabbing 50 years. ... theirs is running and using MiG-23 planes and those tienpos, and there are strong and are nothing if they believe that a frgata peuqueña undir going to win, not equiboquen.

I think Russia does not support them ..

  • head to head, DPRK has an advantage. Why do you think that Americans are maintaining over 30K soldiers in ROK?

  • @SneakerRock China and the U.S. both want stability in the region. And though North Korea can do great damage initially.....South Korea can win on its own. The problem is that The U.S. 30,000 troops are in the middle and will be part of the action. But will China jump into the mix and defend the North? If things escalate in large scale hopefully India can take advantage of the situation attack their enemy China and catching them off guard.

  • @KozmoLouie very unlikely china would put troops on the ground to defend the north, if anything they'll send them supplies and munitions... but that's it. China has kind of had it with North Korea too.

  • @KozmoLouie What? you want India to attack China? Even off guard India would be destroyed, and if they started the conflict they would get no help from western countries.

  • @ShantyManCan I prefer peace but be advised that Global Fire Power ranks India at 4th overall military strength just below China 3rd. And well India the world's second most populous nation is quickly rising as a global super power. Its military planning is heavily focused on China and actually is beneficial to the U.S. because it keeps China somewhat in check in this region. Also in a scenario where the U.S. battles China in the Korea's it would be great to have India sucker punch China.

  • @KozmoLouie My ranking : United States of America - Peoples Republic of China - Russian Federation - Republic of India. The thing China and Pakistan are great friends, allies as it were. This has India by the tight and curlies. If India attacks China, Pakistan will attack India, USA will attack Pakistan and POOF WWIII. But in a war China would destroy India. China has better infrastructure, more food and water, larger military better equipment, more money and more resources

  • @ShantyManCan India has a Military Alliance with U.S., Japan, and Australia and also stratejic partners with the Russian Federation and Israel. And because of their friendly foreign policy are very close with France, United Kingdom among many others. If you believe China can destroy nuclear India without it being mutual...you are highly incorrect.

  • @KozmoLouie If India started the conflict with China; just for the hell of it nobody would aid them, unless China went too far. Wait are we talking in a war with China + N. Korea vs. US and S. Korea? Like before. Or just India vs. China? There is no point in saying Nuclear India. Otherwise you have to say Nuclear China vs. Nuclear India and China is a greater Nuclear power than India. I quite know the scenario here.

  • Promdawg, definitely, South Korea will win and North will lose. So, just be on the side of the winner!

  • North side 4life bitches !

  • That is why i think South Korea is the best

  • AWFULL.

  • the so called evil americans would feed the starving north korean if the dear leader ever truely wanted peace... what the heck has all this hate gotten them... the south is prosperous and the north starves... madness

  • North Korea already lost. They ask South Korea for food and resources. And the only reason they considered a "threat" is because they have a few Nuclear bombs. The South Korean military is modernized and well trained. While the North has an old and unreliable military.

  • i saw south korea would win evan without U.S. help. but thats just my opinion.

  • North Korea rulez!! :D

  • Quantity isnt the most important factor quality is. For eg NKs main fighter is mig21 while SKs is f15and f16 its no match. NK will never even detect any SK fighters

  • @her0iclegend uhhh......yes they will. Discounting the NK upgraded Mig-23, upgraded Mig-21bis, and standard Mig-29 they possess a very large number of SA-10B Grumble SAM system, SA-5 GAMMON's, SA-11 GADFLY's, SA-6 GAINFUL, and SA-4 Ganef that are all proven capable of engaging and destroying F-15 and F-16 as well as other US manufactured warplanes.

  • I bet north korea invented team killing...

This country is killing their citizens while they are supposed to protect them...

  • @an9707 I hear they literally stave them to death. Most corrupt government in existence.

  • @an9707 Definitively not, it's been done countless times before.

  • WHILE SOUTH KOREANS ARE ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH, MAKING THEIR NATION INTO A POTENTIAL SUPERPOWER. THE BARBARIC NORTH KOREANS ARE SIMPLY BUILDING BOMBS AND KILLING THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

  • @superking445 This is what happens when Communists rule...

  • @Saffronwing1 BUT CHINA has the very big difference to them right?

  • @jamaicaigrobay Chinese changed in the nick of time.. they are simply another authoritarian regime in the name of Communist that's all. But Communism in typical sense are what North Koreans are today and what Stalin was in Soviet Union.

  • @superking445 i agree with everything but you caps.

  • North korea 9,306,000 troops---South 3,853,000

    North 1,650 aircraft---South 1,568

    North 650 anti aircraft weapons---South 2,659

    North 5,410 tanks---South 2,429

Though South Korea is an ally to my country, I am posting this comment of true facts to show what the probable outcome of a future war will be instead of some training footage on you tube.

  • @abcd1234781 More Accurately

NK: 3.5 mil. Mobilizable SK: 2.5 mil. Mobilizble

NK: 1650 Aircraft (150-200 modern fighters) SK: 760 Aircraft (Roughly 300 Modern fighters)

NK: 11000 AAA, 5000 MANPADS, Roughly 800 SAM SK: Rougly 2600 but 300 SAM

NK: Roughly 4,500 Tanks (1,000 Modern) 2,300 Tanks (1,300 Modern)

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru On july 3rd, 2011, the Central Intelligence Agency released the updated information about North and South Koreas military power. What I wrote was new information from 6 days ago.

  • @abcd1234781 You Sure? On the troopsyour cluding the whole resere for eac which is really not what youwant, you want mobilizable (The number of soldiers they can field at any given time) when it cimes to aircraft your NK figure was accurate but your SK Figure was double the actual number. on AA your SK info was accurate but your NK info is completely off. The Tank estimate wasnt that far off, I'e seen legitimate reports from 4000-6000

    Do you have the link?

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru Just type in global firepower, it ranks countries military powers, excluding nuclear cause it would throw off the results. All the information is based off the Central Intelligence Agencies information. it will be the first result on google

  • @abcd1234781 The Problem is usually if something is correct it is usually correlated by other sources. Like I said your tanks are accurate, as are your Reserve+Active soldiers and your NK aircraft figure. But Globalfirepower has vastly (Literally thousands of pieces) lower estimates of NK artillery (Globalsecurity) and AA forces than any other souce I have seen. It also reports the oddly specific figure of 58 NK submarines when other sources (KPA Journal) say 70.

  • Death to the Puppet Regime South Korea! Long Live Peoples Korea!

  • The North is JUST PATHETIC. Anyway, the South is backed up by US and if the North tries something, they'll be erased from the face of the Earth.

  • Hell, a battalion of K2's can take out the whole North Korean military

  • @MakersMark723 Incorrect, On a massie Scale, For a number of reasons

    1. K2 is not in widespread service and only just entered production

    2. A battalion is about 50-60 tanks. the 300 or so M-2002's despite being inferior to K2 could easily take out a battalion. Not couning other (semi) modern NK tanks like Chonma-Ho 5

    3. Discounting NK tanks, any tanks without infantry support are extremely vulnerable so "a battalion of K2's" would just get swarmed by NK infantry.

    4. no more space so etc.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru I was being a smart ass on how technologically inferior the North Korean military is compared to it's southern neighbor.

  • @MakersMark723 oh? sorry. you see a lot of comments like that on NK videos where they legitimately think that. Although thier tech is inferior theye done a decent job of getting the most out of what theye got (Militarily)

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru lol I understand.

  • omg

  • bff no wonder why they cant aim worth shit they focus more on thear body then thear aim.

  • No one would win, North korea dosn't have any fuel for an invansion their only threat is their ballistic robots, nucelearbomb, it surprises me that they have fuel for the airplanes, sout korea's couldn't invade the north korean people is to braniwashed it would be even worse than world war II japan vs US, people would go out with their knifes and try to kill them, an by airforce? you should go to google map and see their millions of ant aircrafts weapons placed all over north korea.

  • @TheZagros3000 Wrong on the NK fuel. The Likely have 4 months to a year of fuel for a all out war. Also the ballistic missles and Nuclear weapons arent all it has.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru Of course they have more and even more than the world don't know about. Okey, they have fuel yes, if you're lucky you can see on their 20 meters wide highway some cars if you are lucky. But their fuel very little and isn't enough for an invasion. At least an big invasion.

  • @TheZagros3000 No I dont think you understand. 4-6 months is the US military estimateof how long thier fuel would last if they ran thier entire military consantly. Thier are no cars because unless your a top party official you rarely can get the visa to go from place to place. not because they cant get the gas to fuel it. For missle, nuclear, artillery, and naval tech Iran supplies them with Tank Tech and Oil.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru aha okey, do you need visa to go from place to place?:O Yes iran supplies them with tech and oil but i think the communist leader of china is secretly also supplies them with fuel and tech.

  • @TheZagros3000 The Chinese Government doesnt supply the NK with tech or Petrol but many corrupt chinese buisnessmen do, sometimes accidentally. The CHinese Gov. Knows but has no intrest in stopping it. With Iran/Paki thier tech/oil smuggling is a official government enterprise.

  • This is what we call mind control

Well communism is supposed not to have classes, all people equal and most of all it promotes the standards of society, you know better lives for the workers. They spend so much money for their military forces, but how much money the workers earn ? I would like to have an answer

  • @Athlon2010 To be fair the NK isnt what Marx had in mind in 1840's. Technically in the NK wages are used only for extra food or luxeries, and workers arent payed much as they are clothed housed and (Most of the Time) fed in the NK. But they get very few resources compared to the military. Of course things got so bad in 1997 that even the military was starving (Pilots only got 1000 calories/day) Now the Average NK Citezen/Denizen eats about 1400 cals. daily with military getting about 1700

  • @johnlewisy seriously, besides human casualty, NK has nothing to lose. their country is so shit and poor, our weapons will just be damaging mountains and rivers. No highly developed buildings or anything like that. where as, if SK loses 1/10 of seoul, economically, it will be worse than losing whole NK. therefore you could say SK will win in the end. But seriously dude, if they destruct more than seoul which i think they will, who do u think is the real winneR?

  • @kangluke1992

I'm a Korean too and I know what you are talking about. However, there is a high likelihood that South Korea might need to defend itself, we clearly need to be ready for that day if it comes

  • 2:33- 2:50. i am south korean but it seems like that weapon can fuck us over easy.

  • @kangluke1992

If there was a war, I would highly doubt even a North Korean general would mass all this artillery together.

Imagine what a couple of South Korean F-16s and American A-10s would do to a mass of artillery like that.....*shudder*

  • @johnlewisy Not much actually. Most DPRK artillery on the DMZ is in hardened emplacements and is protected by a extremely dense network of SA-2 and SA-3 SAM's as well as a couple dozen SA-5 and a unspecefied number of SA-10 (S-300) as of October 2010 of a unknown variant. not to mention 11000 AAA guns. Likely a North Korean General would mass his M-1992 240mm MRLS and M-1978 Koksan for a massed time-on-target artillery attack while SK air assets were dealt with on the ground by commandos.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

Commandos...I know you're going to say how the Norks have 100,000+ special forces. I highly regard their capabilities with deep suspicion. A few of these spec forces are going to be top quality but I highly doubt that North Korea has 100,000+ world class spec ops troops.

As for the DMZ, there's no doubt that if there's a war, its going to be a tough fight. There's going be tons of casualties but provided that the Allies are prepared to make the necessary contributions...

  • @johnlewisy To be fair, you would only need about a thousand or so commandos inserted slowly over a month or two before the North Korean Assault. The thousands would each have specific orders but only thier orders so if they were compromised the operation could continue as a whole. They would likely be used to sabatoge/destroy airfields, power plants, ports etc. and if the north is feeling like playing particularly dirty, political assasination.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

It would very very very unlikely North Korea could get away with sneaking in that many commandos under the surveillance of the NIS and the CIA. Additionally, this isn't the first time, the Norks would try something like that. The South Koreans probably are very cautious about this kind of scenario occurring. Taking about assassination, the SKs finally have a precision guided missile that can hit Pyongyang in service

  • @johnlewisy Its also generally considered that the Norks hae at least a couple hundred agents in the ROK as is so inserting more wouldnt be too much of a problem. Theye cleaned up thier insertion act alot since 1998. Do you want to discuss any specific catagory of equipment? the technological gap isn't as wide as a lot of people think.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

Actually, it is quite easy to detect now with advances in technology and the fact that the North Korea will be forced to send most of their agents from their East coast. The South Koreans hold a line of islands in the West so it would be incredibly difficult even sneaking a few into the Western coast.

  • @johnlewisy And according to either KPA joournal or GlobalSecurity (I forget which) the Norks between thier hovercraft and submarines can put several thousand in one lift so a thousand over a few weeks wouldn't be too hard.

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

On tanks, North Korea only has at most a 1 -4 hundred tanks that could go head to head with a K1 tank let alone a K2, the rest are just scrap metal if you look at it.

Planes....the norks are going to be killed in the air if they ever go to war with South

Infantry- North Korea does have a pretty reliable rifle, the AK-47 but the South Korean K series rifles most notably the primary service rifle (K2 rifle) is nothing to laugh at

  • @SouthernMilitaryGuru

South Korea has been clearly planning for a possible war with North Korea for decades. South Korea is much more superior to North Korea in terms of international support, technology, economic size, population and military funding.

North Korea cannot hope to gain air superiority over the Korean Peninsula, their ground equipment is inferior in comparison to SK and their ground troops are in many cases, ill equipped, stunted by malnutrition.
