dude, this thing is like the exact same training aids that are already out. Just a new name. There is a coach i know that is comming out with a training aid that will make every other basketball shooting aid dissappear. I have seen the thing and it is crazy incredible.. its easy and one of thoes things that will make you say, "Damn, Why didnt I think of that." when i first saw it I was floored! It teaches Hand Placement, Elbow Alignment, and Release! No glove, no strap, no printed ball!
