Not a question whether they were hurting anyone, its a question of how much damage they do to the enviroment.
Hogs do a LOT of damage to A LOT of things.
Eventually they need to be kept in control or their numbers will skyrocket and get out of control, then we will have a lot more on our hands to worry about then whether or not some "redneck" shot a hog that wasn't hurting anyone.

Well then I agree with you, if it was your property and he had no permission, then he should be held accountable
