Great way to promote even more rivalry between Contraltos and Countertenors...

But at the end we see what we can get from each voice. Each has its qualities and weeknessess, and they even complement eachothter.

In this case Jaroussky wins on high notes and purity of tone and better controlled colorature. On the other hand Lemieux has the volume, the "manhood" and the round "Profondo" sound for this aria. Bravi!
