  • @catdeluxeatday regular margarine is defintely not a good choice.....if you are looking for something to bake with try extra virgin coconut oil (it does contain saturated fat but the plant-based saturated fat in coconut oil is handeled different by your body than the harmful animal-base saturated fat found in butter or lard) ---if you are looking for something to "spread" on bread try dipping your bread instead in cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, flax oil or hemp oil.
