There is an interesting book that is called "The Cobra Event", it is a good read, if you really beleive what you are saying then read this book. By the way the things that they use to make clouds is called "Cloud Seeding", it is used to produce storm or sometimes just clouds.

The storms were part of a system that moved out of the Rockies into the southern Plains. The storms followed an initial wave of severe weather that dumped more than 2 inches of rain on many parts of the state, including Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Oklahoma will get a break from the rain and wind on Thursday, but there's a chance some storms could drift out of Kansas into northern sections of the state early Friday, Gallant said. More storms are possible on Saturday.

And did you see the Whiteout? That's a big wall cloud of chems. Here in the East the Whiteout chem wall is worse. I've been fighting it though, got a cloud buster.

Yeah they have been doing the whiteouts off shore where we can't see them without radar and scopes.

They fill it in onshore to stall the coastal front they created so it picks up more moisture. Watch the weather across the U.S. for the next couple of days.

By the end of the day were covered with chem clouds.
