@cptXmunch I'm guessing the song is a response to something Les Claypool has often heard people say to him: "You're so lucky!" To me, the song appears to carry the message "You tend to make your own luck" and "Apparent luck tends to stem from the choices you make."

Try listening to the lyrics again, paying close attention to the examples he gives. Perhaps you'll hear it the same way I do. Of course, only Les Claypool knows what the song actually means (if anything).
