There is no flugel being played, just trumpets, bass trumpet, trombones and tuba. @mandy99955, according to the behind the scenes video, they put some water in the trombone to get a better effect. Also, what normally comes out is mostly condensation. Just a little bit of saliva, valve/slide oil etc.
