I can't believe all the negative comments on this song. People say it is "filler" and somebody says "R.I.P. rhcp 1984-1985"? This song to me is absolutely amazing! Those same naysayers would never think up the genius "baby cry" in the middle and the end that is super heavy and concise. RHCP rule my thingy! Also Chad Smith is kind of the shit.

This is their last good album, an album, where almost all songs are good. And this is propably TOP 5 favorite song of RHCP.

Btw, how fixated can you be to Frusciante, if you can't accept other guitarists in the same band. Navarro's great. Maybe even better than John (the John after he came back to the band).

Stop hating on Navarro just because you read the RHCP weren't satisfied with him... Hard to be satisfied with a guitarist when you've had Frusciante in your band. But Navarro still did play good things (example right on this vid'). Just less than John, but who isn't in that case I wonder ? =D

Whats the crying sound that comes in on the quiet part of the song? Its such a haunting sound that really fucked me up when i listened to it as a kid... my mum used to hate that part of the song, she said it sounded like an animal in pain.

Yea I got to buy this CD for the third time When I was 17 I listened to this album so much then it got stolen from me along with Blood Sugar Sex Magic. Brings back a lot of memories and to all the people hating on Dave give it up already.
