Hello there :) Your so right when you say -weight loss should be an affect of being healthy (or something like that)- I totally agree :) Im on the same fresh fruits & veggis high *juicing* - Its amazing how much energy they give you :) especially compared to short term jitters now - burn out later sugarie snacks. WE CAN DO THIS & your right Calories in & calories out-Its pretty simple :) CONGRATS on your progress lets keep going - It's paying off :-) not just on the scale but all around health!
My boyfriend and I have been doing this too: eating at home. It's a good habit.
My calorie intake is lower than yours. I have been managing hunger, eating every 3 hours small portions. Low carb for me is 2 piece of toast a day whole wheat, and veggie that contain carbs like, spinach, asparagus, broccoli. No starches what so ever like, potatoes or pasta. Snacks are fruit low in sugar, like orange and apples. Lots of protein, like edamame ( I eat with salad and sometimes as a snack).
@Slim4Iife You can still lose weight without exercising but you do have to decrease the food intake.
My next phase which is next month, I'm going to the 1500 calories and add 30min cardio 5x/week. By the way, that salad looked so yummy! Stay strong Nat, I know you can do this. <3
@Slim4Iife Thanks Mari! I am going to try the small meals, it has worked for me in the past. I am still snacking with 1500 calories and I think some of the foods I eat are calorie dense like granola, so not very filling. <3
@mellowyellow821 Yeah, that's exactly what I am afraid will happen. I want to work out but escape the dissappointment if I don't lose pounds, and not feel like I have to explain myself, because the body sometimes works in mysterious ways. Maybe I will keep weighing in, and post that weight at the bottom of my videos like I am doing, and when I reach some sort of landmark I can mention that. Thanks Kelly! <3

you should weigh weekly so you know where you stand and don't waste a month.....but you know what you're doing :D
