When I sang for the Philharmonic they taught me to always make the shape of and O with my mouth and to use your singing/breathing technic. When breathing in push your stomach out and when breathing out pull your stomach. Practice this, the notes come out way stronger...it's not easy at first but in the long run you'll see...
