So by preventing the implantation of a fertilized egg, it causes a living human baby to be rejected by the uterus, by intentional murderous will of the pill-taker. (And yes, pregnancy begins at fertilization.)

All laws are somebody's moral legislation of right and wrong. It's best that our human laws agree with God's laws, or many will be shocked on the day of judgment, when they try to argue to God, "But I thought it was legal" and they discover it wasn't legal afterall.

If a person said that they accidentaly knocked a person over which caused them to tumble down a flight of stairs snapping their neck. The person who knocked the victim would still be arrested (granted they would have a lesser charge) even if it is a accident.
If she intentionally killed her baby, then yes. If she did nothing to intentionally kill her baby, then no. The legal elements of murder include both action and intent. Accidents are not murders. Homicides are.
If i may comment here. The plan b pill stops the already fetilized egg from implanting into th mother's womb. But what happens when in ordinary circumstances when a fertilized egg just doesn't implant itself in the uterus? And then is washed out during that special time of the month, but they are fertilized eggs. Are you saying that by accident a woman is now a killer for a having a period?
