This country is in a downward spiral of sexual depravity! Everywhere there are sweaty, fonicating atheists, unashamed of their sins. SEX is for babies. Simple as that. Not all unplanned pregnancies happen because the mother is a slut. A unplanned pregnancy can come from a married couple with not enough income to raise another child. Let's see now. A woman gets all hot and steamy in the back seat, the man says 'I love you' so she drops her brain out the window, 1 hour later the fertilization process creates a new human life, a child, a baby, (as if she didn't know), but for the sake of convenience the woman now cries the baby is raping her? And 24 hours later she murders the "rapist" baby who wasn't even in the car when she embraced the consensual sex? You shamefully advocate death penalty for the innocent non-rapist.

@TheEveningPrayer Your steamy scenario isn't really accurate -- conception doesn't usually occur one hour after intercourse, but within the next several days. The woman might not even be sweaty anymore. She might have clothes on.

And as a pro choicer i don't believe it's murder so not i'm not cold hearted, to destroy human life. Are you so cold hearted to force a unwanted pregnancy on a woman when the is a pill that could change her life, possibly for the better. Forcing a unwanted pregnancy on someone is like rape.

Plan B is an abortion pill. Even the manufacturers admit:

* It can prevent or delay ovulation

* It can affect the movement of the egg or sperm (making them less likely to meet)

* It can interfere with the fertilization process

* It can prevent implantation of a fertilized egg.

So by preventing the implantation of a fertilized egg, it causes a living human baby to be rejected by the uterus, by intentional murderous will of the pill-taker. (And yes, pregnancy begins at fertilization.)

This is inaccurate. The manufacturer states that it is possible that it prevents implantation of a fertilized egg. It has never, not once, been proven to do so. Whether or not Plan B prevents implantation is unknown, and the manufacturer and the FDA are aware of that. Check your facts before you post.

@TheEveningPrayer Actually, that's in accurate. The literature produced by the manufacturer that comes with the pill states that it MAY prevent implantation and that it MAY interfere with fertilization. Be more accurate, would you? God is disappointed in you.

Plan B is not an abortion pill. It prevents the sperm from fertilizing the egg in the first place. And does not effect anything at all if conception has already occurred.

And yes the men that founded this country were christian, but at least they were intelligent enough to realize that you should have the right to study your own religion. You must therefore admit, at least, that the people who founded our government believed what I believe, that rights don't come from humans, but from God. Do you realize, that if God is not the giver of rights, and humans are the giver of rights, then you worship humans as gods, and you give them power to take away your rights whenever they please? But if God gave us rights, then humans cannot lawfully take them away.  Like the right to life...

All laws are somebody's moral legislation of right and wrong. It's best that our human laws agree with God's laws, or many will be shocked on the day of judgment, when they try to argue to God, "But I thought it was legal" and they discover it wasn't legal afterall.

If she intentionally killed her baby, then yes. If she did nothing to intentionally kill her baby, then no. The legal elements of murder include both action and intent. Accidents are not murders. Homicides are.

If i may comment here. The plan b pill stops the already fetilized egg from implanting into th mother's womb. But what happens when in ordinary circumstances when a fertilized egg just doesn't implant itself in the uterus? And then is washed out during that special time of the month, but they are fertilized eggs. Are you saying that by accident a woman is now a killer for a having a period?
