The fucking goverment, why dont they put a fucking web-metal around the platform (in winter) to prevent to anyone to get in and stucked under the platform

First think i got in my mind was get a fucking rope, tie in above platform, and in my body, say to 3-people ( standing above the platform) "bring me up every 8sec", get under water then i would bring up as many i could. But geting panicked in that moment si fucking sick and not help-full.

First:- You can hear the cameraman loughting when he know people can't swim and will drow.
Second:- :no one is geting inside the water (maybe corded by the boat) to help them.
Third:- the other boats are standing from above them (so they can not Swim to surface and drown easy) and if they don't knowhow to swim then that prove they are Not just stupid but dangeurs for them selfs and the others.
Looking at 1 or 2 Dragon Boat races (like one where people were trying to "save" the boat or whatever), it almost looks as if they are somehow tied into the boat itself.
In this video, it looks like the boat submerged so quickly and unexpectedly that people on board may not have had time to take breaths.
Why they could not all free themselves is a good question.
Maybe they stayed in to see if the boat would resurface.
They may have flipped under water, hit heads, and could not get free.
@MengoMango below the platform where this video cameramen is standing on, there's a bit of a gap... so the those singaporeans got sucked under the water below the platform...
why they didn't wear a life jacket :(
