about 22-30+ fps it really depends wat plane i am flying but i really do agree pci express is better it's just that my parents won't buy me a new pc. and all my money gets spent on model aircraft because i race them and fly them all the time and i live to fly.
Some intel i7 processors struggle to play fsx at max, so I doubt you can and you need a half decent graphics card to go with the CPU.
