Just wanted to stop back by and let you know I made this for dinner last night and it was AWESOME!! My husband is so picky and he actually liked it! What an easy meal, and super easy to clean up! Thanks A lot!

MMMMMMMMM... This will be dinner, and soon. I'm in a chicken mood, and I can do this in the convection oven while the range is disconnected so I can put up drywall the next couple of days. I have everything but the chips, and that can be corrected.

watched this morning & just knew it was what those 3 chicken breasts in my fridge had been waiting for. LOL As often happens with 4 adults in the house, you never have what you think you have & sure enough, my sour cream turned out to be onion dip. :( But I found a new container of that new Philly cooking creme in Santa Fe flavor so that is what I used in place of the sour cream & salsa. Still did the chips on top, will soon be adding the cheese & it smells MARVELOUS!!! Thanks for this idea!
