I think johnny has more new age technical abilities like snare-rim single rolls and the whole drumstick fulcrum roll thing. jojo seems to be a hardcore drum and bass guy.

damn... that one hi-hat beat is an playback, it confuses easily to think he is playing it too. But I guess this sounds better with those 16th hats in the playback.
More... alive and groovier.
