I found one of these things in my toolbox one day, open end is useless to me. The "ratchet side" does work but only on a perfect day when the screw goes in easier by hand.
@alundrasrt man and i though that i could invent this technology this desing is even better that the one i though about, that answer is easy man you don't have to expose such a grate tool, you can either tight or loose a bolt or nut with a regular wrech and then finish it off with this one i got to say this is a grate tool i am gonna buy one when i get the chance
@myone2008 Hi, the fact is i don't want some much wrench in my toolbox, for a nut i always start with a 6 sides pipe wrench, after ratchet, closed and finally open wrench.
But in some tight area on motors this design is effective
