  • Is the exercise at 1:50 plank push squat? I'm curious, isn't the torso supposed to glide forward rather than arch from squat to plank? I have been doing the recruit version- plank push knee -and upon seeing your execution, I am somewhat concerned that I'm doin' it wrong. >.<

  • @Bekatowa That one is the bear push-up, from M2G. Plank push squat is from M1C. Two different movements that both exist within the program. So if the plank push squat is what you were doing for that final level on mission 1, than my friend, you are doing it right:)

  • @GymnosEvolution - Thanks for clearing that up. I'm currently at M2R and only familiar with bear squat and plank push knee, which seems similar movements to the one you did. I don't think I'm able to do that yet so I'm going to repeat Recruit level right after I finish M3R...

    To all traceurs out there... This is THE conditioning for parkour. I wonder why TC isn't that popular with the PK community.

  • @alphadog62 Tim, the program has been great. One of the best bodyweight only programs I've ever trained with. I've been training with it now for a few months. A very solid foundation of strength laid. Moving into TACFIT Mass Assault:)
