those are the nasties bars I have ever tried... I had the oatmeal raisen, it tasted nothing like a cookie... lol (did finish the video at 1st) and good luck doing it phen free... I just started my 2nd month of phentermine... I hope I loss alot more... man I need to make my video... guess I do it tomorrow at work
YAY!! Congrats on the 20 lbs lost that is AWESOME!!! I know what you mean tho about feeling like certain parts of your body should be smaller now, I still feel like my stomach area is so big and fat, but then I remind myself like, how fat WAS it 15 lbs ago?? LOL we're on the right track!! Also, for couch to 5k, I took it a bit slower, I didn't do 3 workouts a week every week, some weeks I only did one or two... I found it easier to pace myself more! maybe that'll work better for u too! :))
@charice281 No, but I have high BP and was treated for tachycardia as a child, I don't want to push my luck. I would consider restarting next year/spsringtime if I feel like I need it.
Way to go on the weightloss in the last two weeks:) That's great:) Awesome squats :) You can always try to bring those weights up to add a shoulder workout at the same time;) Dancing is so much fun!! :) And great snacks! Don't forget to place it as a response:)
