Shikieiki is one of the Judges of Paradise. Basically the person who sends you to Heaven or Hell when you die. The White/Black splitscreen with the perfectly straight line is meant to point out you have two absolutes when you meet her, Good or Bad. there is no in between. At least this is my opinion
