I think his sword shikai would be a sword that have almost no weight and instead of cutting it's more razor sharp to rip opponent. His bankai would be a duplicate of him and his sword with shikai.

In terms of pure strength and reiastu he's up there with the strongest in the show and his relentless fighting style does make him very incredibly dangerous. Kenpachi is always awesome, even if Bleach can get a bit boring at times especially after the Aizen arc. Mayuri and Kenpachi are the characters I want to see more of.
