  • BEST SUPREMES SONG EVER

  • Well I prefer Michael Jackson's version...

  • @asnlmike4ever Good for you. this is not about Michael Jackson. this is a Supremes video. Most folks have never even heard the Jackson Five's(not Michael's version) cover. Also the Jackson five did NOT go No.1 with this song but the Supremes' did so apparently this is the Better version.

  • @blkshepherd

    Just in my opinion.

  • Everytime I ate with my mouth open, my ex-wife would sing "babe babe I Hear A Symphony".

  • @irocproject lmao

  • Gold. Just, Gold.

  • My favorite Supremes song.

  • Great Classic.

  • Love this version because you can really hear Flo and Mary singing OOOOH!

  • November 1965 and I was 18.. Only days ago I gad started work and met one of my most handsome secret crushes, a guy two or three year older than I named Norman. I remember his pretty eyes and handsome almost black hair and alabaster skin. He was a slender built and had a look that made him look like he was always smiling. However Norman was married, so no luck for me.

He never knew I loved him.

This song brings back those memories.

  • There will never be another "Class Act' like The Supremes=Timeless!!!

  • I love the harmony from "Symphony". I loved Flo's voice!

  • Best ever sounds , These singers sang with true emotion.

  • The gorgeous voice of Diana is unparalleled

  • This is why Motown was the BEST era in which music was produced. It is insane how the simple lyrics and the catchy beat really capture & describe how love can be.!

  • THE MIGHT OF MOTOWN..LET THE MUSIC PLAY YEH...

  • Now this is true music.....man i miss music like this so much

  • My recessional song for my wedding, 9.10.11. Love forever.

  • Brilliant !

  • If by the end of this song, your eyes aren't moist you have never lived, worst yet, you have never loved!!!

  • I absolutely love this song! When I was a little girl I would listen to this song and think to myself that this has to be what being in love felt like.

  • Just a great song, one that supported my feelings at the time, but a love that I lost. I have a great life but look back on what might have been.

  • A Comment from a 15 Year Old from Austrailia, (isaacman111) How Charming, Your Parents Must Be So Proud!

  • this is shit

  • this is the real r and b withall respect

  • I had this music all so ready for my senior graduation slumber party- in 1969. They all flew off ( with their boyfriends) but I had the music. Still do.

  • 4 dislike? Must be deaf people.

  • Magic!!! Completely magicalthe harmony of these three angelic voices.

  • Amazing is all I can say.

  • 4 people cant hear shittt

  • Takes me back to middle school years. We had so much great music then, we thought it would never end.

  • One of the best pop songs EVER recorded, by THE BEST female singing group EVER, lead by THE BEST FEMALE LEAD SINGER OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 4 people don't like this song? come on!!!!!!!

  • Thinking back, when Ladies act like ladies in public, Natural beauty and grace. Today, botox, surgery, no talent, video ho's, trampy, the whole nine yards. what a shame.

  • @0163J Indeed... Though men are also are kind of trashy today, grabbing their crotches and saying things like "yo, yo yo"

  • Holland, Dozier, Holland. Sheer brilliance.

  • the music Business is run by a group of asshole gangsters who have no talent what so-ever..american idol is the biggest joke on the planet...

  • @partypianoplayer might as well don't even bother. Anyone who is older than 25 knows music is DEAD. There is no point on sounding like a redundant cliched moron yourself. Enjoy what has been and ignore everything else. "Save yourself, kill them all"

  • @partypianoplayer Amen..

  • @partypianoplayer yeah i agree anyone who auditions on american idol is an idiot whether they suck or whether they're good.

  • @TACYELLA11 hi again just watched kimoras flash mob again for the 1000th time amazin, what about the elderly guy in the hairband, posted, big it up for his obvious love of life, cant take my eyes off this old guy when i watch this, in my opinion he displays an in your face ballsiness that every human being should posess, how cool would the world be if everyone had his gusto and didnt give a shit like him, he,s my hero.

  • @meg1mollie2millie3 Can you direct me to the exact video?

  • what year was this?

  • @zeuslives11 I think Nov. 1965-I seem to think around Thanksgiving. what a year~I fell in love-this had hit #1 on BillBoard-

I came out as a gay man, saw and met them at the Copa and the party afterward!

I may be a monk now,,,,,but I got a lot of living done-

like Ms Benita from "In Living Color" but you didn't hear it from me~~~!!!

  • I LOVE THE SUPREMES and of course: I LOVE MOTOWN!

  • DITTO

  • Such a great song. Love The Supremes.

  • A( ̄O ̄)Z.You give me a true love♪

  • Has to be among the top 10 pop songs ever recorded !! D-I-A-N-A R-O-S-S !!!!!!

  • Hands down Diana Ross and the Supremes are the greatest singers of all time. This song is my personal favorite. They had voices of angels and they sang with flawless effort. No other group will ever come close to their raw talent. And unlike today's groups, when they sang in person, they actually sounded like they did in studio. Great voices and long live the Supremes.

  • One everyone loved and with good reason. When I think back to the Motown era, I can say some of the best music came out of that time-frame. So many songs we danced and romanced to. Long after the Booners are gone - these greats will still stand!!! Thank you for this post.

  • The three people who dislike this song are absolutey tone deaf.

  • God wish i could bring back these Days, my whole life in front of me, how bloody quick it all goes.

  • Man the drums are sooooo awsome!

  • gives me goose pimples :)

  • Flor and Mary's "Whooos," are simply the best, and make this song! 2 thumb way up. My favorite Supremes Song; if not my favorite song!

  • This is one of my favorite songs of all time, been a fan for a long, long time!! <3

  • i grew up lisening to the supremes!!!.... my mother would always play the rcord and im thankful i got exposed to such wonderful music...

  • im 19 and i can defintly relate.. i grew up listening to theupremes so i understand ll there music

  • Whenever I'm happy....I hear a symphony! : )

  • Screw today's music! the only good thing about it is that we can truly see how good it USED to be!!! this song takes me away to that special place!

  • IMO this is the best of all the great Motown records.

The arrangement is quintessential Motown/HDH/Funk Brothers, that unique sound they could only create in that little basement at Hitsville, a sound that can never be duplicated and a sound that is almost spiritual in the way that it moves your soul. Diana Ross is at the absolute top of her game. The harmonies are impeccable. And last but not least, lyrically this may be the greatest love song ever written, the lyrics are that beautiful.

  • @Dobermite I agree whole-heartedly. The lyrics are so simple yet so true to the heart to anybody who's ever been in love. I never liked "sappy love songs" as I used to call them, until I met her... haha. Oh boy did my world turn upside down and I found myself inseparable from these tunes (especially Diana's lovely voice) that I've brushed aside. My mom says she told me so, haha. But I don't care, I'm in love and it's forever, and I truly hear a symphony when she speaks... <3

  • The best women group of all time.

  • @michaellr308 you go it Bro ...

  • much as i love michael and jackson but the supremes version is alot better!!!!than j5s.

  • This Beat made a Cadillac more than a Cadillac!!! For all the songs Elvis ever did - this Motown groove in and of itself tops them all!!!

  • for the best bird in town

  • Flo's back ups were so beautiful. You can hear her holding back and still she shines!

  • it is clear to me that miss ross is in control of the song ....i still beleive that florence was giving a raw deal.

  • I suppose the versions done by the Jackson 5, the Isley Brothers, the Temptations, etc. are ok but this is the only version worth listening to. Why eat ground beef when you can have filet mignon?

  • Like the Jackson 5 version more! But still beautiful ;)

  • with such a beautiful voice like she got i wonder sometimes why she never won a grammy...

    rob

  • @robaarm She never won a Grammy?????? You've got to be kidding?? Well...kinda like Mother Theresa, not getting the Nobel Peace Prize!!!

  • Mmmm... :)) x

  • Thank you love it!!!

  • awesome!

  • wow...this takes me back to the good old days. great song!

  • L♥ve this beautiful classic!

  • Out of tune at 1:36...They could have done that over

  • I read an article recently about HDH (the songwriting trio responsible for this great song), and the lyricist remarked that Diana Ross was only in town one day during a tour to record this song. I would guess that's why they didn't do it over at the time.

  • that's the part that makes the song!

  • Thanks for posting. : )

  • one of he songs that really touch me whenever i hear it

  • hey hobocamp some of us just love the music and dont need visual stimulation unlike the younger generation

  • yes true the song makes the visuals :) n memories :)

  • i'm always a little puzzled when people put audio-only clips on here, especially of songs we've already heard thousands of times. Don't get me wrong - I love Diana Ross - but clips like these seem pretty pointless.
