This is a cool idea. Not the BEST storyline, but I enjoyed it. I hope they do make a Prototype 2 with better graphics, more badass powers, in a bigger city or map, and toss in some co-op multiplayer. I mean, as I played with the first game, I couldn't help but think "This would be fucking kickass if I could wreak havoc with my friends online!" Haha. If this continues to get views and ratings, this might happen man! Keep it up!

When Alex leaves, you see him reform (at least, his hand). The final Boss looks just like him. The Supreme Hunter probably consumed and replaced Captain Cross, like you did with Taggart and several others.

@athieist There is no such thing as "anti consume armor". I'm not sure where you got that idea, since that term appears nowhere in-game - and even if he had such armor, it could have been broken and removed.

As far as I know, the official strategy guide states he was consumed by the supreme hunter, but was already infected (similar to the super soldiers, but on a lesser degree) before that, giving him superior strength and speed (like taking blows that could crush tanks when fighting you).

well any armor would prob stop consume and if their outfitting their best soldier their gonna give something to fall back on in case he fails so mercer doesn't destroy NY with all is military knowledge and skills so i would just assume he would have anti consume armor as a type of insurance (which failed when the hunter consumed him)

well cap. cross is a veteran of hope Idaho so he does know consuming from Greene so he had the armor made but blackwatch personel are to young to have been there (mostly) and the ones that were there weren't doctors so they had nothing to do with Pariah's birth besides they saw Alex and Grene consume they just didnt know it gave you memories but still they knew about consuming 50 years ago

and I nevr said the armor was to protect him from Alex just to prevent him from consuming cross if he died

But they didn't, meaning that consuming is a new ability - and only Alex is directly shown to consume anyone, and since the Supreme Hunter only appears from Greene after she's infected by Alex' Anti-Blacklight-parasite (or whatever was in that syringe), it's quite possible that he has parts of Alex' Blacklight-DNA mixed in with Greene's Redlight genes, giving him Alex' new consuming abilty.

Since only the Supreme Hunter and Alex are shown to change shape within seconds, that would fit in as well - all other infected stay in one shape, so Alex and the Sup. Hunter share something unique to only them. So, it's most likely that Hope had no beings able to consume others - shapechanging and consumption are things new to the Blacklight strain, while Hope was only infected by Redlight.

Besides, any armor is useless when ripped to pieces, and Alex could tear it like paper...

I think that this is perfectly possible as the virus was already created before Alex Mercer threw the test tube on the floor at the sub station. Something could have happened that caused Ivan to contract the virus first before Alex Mercer. I think this concept is still arguable and defendable.
