  • Great Song :)

  • I feel like the only person who thinks that this song is only good up to 02:11. I think the laughing spoils what could have been a very good track.

  • @museandmanicsfan Yeah I don't know man. I feel you. I'm not too big a fan of that laughter either. They should have just left the drums in that part.

  • ...When you spare a make-up I'm instantly your biggest fan, How was I to know that you practised it beforehand? ((((risas, risas, risas!)))).

    B side, exquisito.

  • I love radiohead and india and little things in life.

  • This sounds like Suede...

  • aww jonny's laugh :3

  • Never heard this - me likey!

  • laugh is the best part

  • actually the laugh is the part I love the most.

  • I love Jonnys laugh.

It's kinda creepy in an attractive way, if that makes sense.

  • i think jonny is laughing at his shit jokes.

  • how can u guys tell it's jonny?

  • @nigelchitownking because we're not newbies :D

  • @Djlullaby22 he sounds rather young. was that before they got signed?

  • @nigelchitownking because colin said it, he said jonny was laughing at a joke he made

  • Jonny's laughter is the best part

  • Reminds me of some of the flaming lips' early pieces. I like it :)

  • WHO THE FUCK DISLIKED THIS!!!!!!

  • Ok guys!! I am searching for a song by Radiohead.... its one of their older works and it doesnt have any lyrics.... it has like a sitar kinda sound... another dude told me it could be india rubber but it isnt... so if u guys have a guess just let me know... cuz Im not loosing sleep but kinda is like my daily mission.... thanks in advance...

  • @DatGUEnvy Maybe you are searching a song when their name was On A Friday...

    There's a couple on youtube.

Or you can go to citizeninsane.eu and search! Good luck.

  • @DatGUEnvy try Hunting Bears (which is likely it) or even perhaps Meeting In The Aisle. I expect it's Hunting Bears though

  • @childofthesun32 Thank you so much for your reply.... Thank you for suggesting me the two songs... I had never heard Hunting bears one... Unfortunately, It was not the song.... the song Im talking about has similar instruments like Hunting bears but it is has like a constant loop thing going on.... and it has no lyrics to it... not citizen insane though..

  • @DatGUEnvy alright I think I got it now! Fast Track it's called. Try that. Fast Track

  • @childofthesun32 Lol... I love that song.. choong choong.. but Im afraid its not... I know MTX used that music a lot... especially in those small bits of clips with various artist in different artists were shown in different poses and facial expression made em look like cuts outs ... you know what Im talking about... I really appreciate your Help... Im also looking in Citizeninsane.eu... thank you again

  • @childofthesun32 Hey!! I finally found that song I was after... Its called "when an angel tries to tell you something" I have posted the link below..... thanks again for all of yalls help

  • @DatGUEnvy Aha now I know why I couldn't think what song it was...... Because "when an angel tries to tell you something" ISN'T a Radiohead song. It may have featured on a film they did but that's about it.

  • radiohead needs to stop releasing b-sides and start releasing 20 track albums :)

  • that is the best album artwork ever

  • This is such a summer song. While I listen to it, I can imagine myself with this 60´s woman, on a yacht, in the summer, the wind blowing through our hair, cocktail in our hands, laughing and having a good time. What a classic moment.

  • shit, this song is fuckin stuck in my head.

  • I actually like the laughing in this.

  • this reminds me of blur

  • @jorgepeterbarton YEAH! It actually sounds a lot like blur.

  • I actually think this is one for the best cover art works ever. The song itself goes perfectly with it. ahhhh women...

  • LADIES AND GENTLEMEN - A GREAT BAND IN SOUTHERN BRAZIL. CONFERRING, COMMENT! WORTHWHILE!

    "Conforme-se Clip"

  • Sounds like a smashing pumpkins song

  • i like the laughter. it makes this song kind of stand out a little more.

    great song though.

  • @cobainbullet182 Fan of the laughter as well.

  • i luv the laughter

  • ok guys its a year later and ive totally changed my mind, sublime song

  • Comment removed

  • the laughings kinda gorillaz-esque (?lol) i like it!

  • jonnys laughter is the best part, you can all eat carrots.

  • THUMBS UP FOR B SIDES

  • When will Radiohead play this song live???

  • @katenzcool Only been played live ONCE, EVER!

  • @AustinBrock woahness ok. Haha did jonny contribute to the end? Do you know where I can find a live version of this video?

  • @katenzcool Unfortunately you can't even get live audio, let alone live video :(.

  • thumbs up for the word supplicate in a song!

  • The laugh never fails to make me smile.

  • My favourite B-side

  • Well the laughing part is more like an outro, the song would have just ended at 2:14 otherwise. It's cool.

    *prepares to be thumbed down*

  • the laughing is creepy.

  • this song understands me

  • Jonny's laugh in the end is strangely hot!

  • that laughing part is hilarious. :D

  • i like this song WITH the laugh. thx for not editing it out...sheesh what's the big deal?

  • @kkmatt haha i agree.

  • : I Really Enjoy The Song, Including Jonnys Laugh :)

  • Ah jonnys laugh...

  • love thins song.

  • Excelente!!

  • now i see why this was a b-side. It is way too flaming lipsy.

  • Comment removed

  • haha jonny

  • Heavy song. Im pretty sure its about a guy who is madly in love and gets rejected. I can relate.

  • Oh yeah, this will do...this will do nicely.

  • theres some things a musical instrument can say that a person cant.

  • jonny's laugh lol

  • i was 12 when i first liked radiohead and strangely the first song i really liked was 2+2=5

i guess it has an odd aluring feeling to it

  • Thanks. Love this song, laughter and all.

Originally thought it was 'I suffocate myself, in your hair'.

  • FYI thats jonny's laughter sampled (Y)

  • @spitfirefrench wow relally i didnt know that lol its so trippy

  • i'd prefer this if it didnt have the laughing

    *prepares to be thumbed down*

  • actually i agree with you there lol

  • @Amnesiac103 I personally love the laughing, it's so brilliantly Pink Floyd, like a tribute to Dark Side of the Moon.

  • @JAKEOLOLOL

Actually, I like the laughing part. I think it makes the song interesting and also fitting for the lyrics, "I tumble like a clown" -- like someone is laughing in the background when that happens.

  • @JAKEOLOLOL Why would you be thumbed down ? It´s just your opinion. The only important thing is that you´re a Radiohead fan

  • @JAKEOLOLOL Really? I kinda like the laughing. It's rather hilarious.

  • @JAKEOLOLOL loll how could you say that? its an eerie laugh..and amusing. Cool

  • @JAKEOLOLOL you don't like laughter in general?

  • @JAKEOLOLOL The laughter is really important in this song, because it makes a (cruel) contrast with lyrics

  • @JAKEOLOLOL good thing they didnt make it for you

  • @JAKEOLOLOL It's actually a sample of Jonny "laughing at one of his own jokes, as usual" as mentioned by Colin in an interview. The sample is sped up, and put on a loop. But yeah, I think i'd prefer it without the laughing, too.

  • @JAKEOLOLOL lol I love the laughing. It reminds me Brain Damage by Pink Floyd

  • @JAKEOLOLOL Thom was beyond wasted/stoned when he made this...so... yea lol

  • @JAKEOLOLOL IN MY CASE.. I LOVE THAT CRAZY LAUGHS..

SHOULD LISTEN TO THEM ON LSD ;)

  • @JAKEOLOLOL noooooooooo I love it <3

  • What is the Lyrics? please...

  • i just posted the lyrics in the video info for you

  • thanks you! But I find a different lyrics version:

Did it all for you to say

You never wanted me that way

Now the dogs have had their meat

I think Ill go plug in the mains

    I tumble like a cloud

    Before you burn in hell

Ill suffocate myself into your hell IS A FAKE???

  • I think the correct lyrics are the ones listed in the Author's comment. Those lyrics kind of don't make sense, and aren't "Radiohead" enough. Also, I hear supplicate more than suffocate--and hounds more than hell. So...perhaps those are the lyrics to a live version?

  • Ok computer and in rainbows are my fav. the rest are just as good, and hali to the thief is totally growing on me.

  • is that really jonny? Lol, did they make his voice higher, sounds chipmunkish compared to him xD

wow, but this song is really amazing O_O

  • really glad to see that young people are finding and listening to radiohead....my little brother is into rap, real pop shit...yet i did manage to get him to like 2+2=5, one is enough for my efforts, ha.

  • my friends who like metal liked 2+2=5, slowly got them to like paranoid android and idioteque... go figure

  • @epilepticbattery yeah, i used to be pretty much into only mainstream metal & alternative music,

    and then radiohead happend,

ever since, i cannot stand anything mainstream, & my taste in musical genre's has broadened entirely.

    thank you mr. yorke.

  • @cobainbullet182

thanks to people like you, Radiohead IS now mainstream.

    no offense.

  • @danc3free people like me?

    i hate mainstream music.

radiohead is actually what made me realize how terrible mainstream music is.

and i thank them for that.

  • @cobainbullet182 Radiohead is relatively mainstream

  • @AOCRkid we obviously have different definitions of what "mainstream" is.

maybe in the pablo honey / the bends era.

but they are much more of an acquired taste than most music being pumped through radio airwaves.

    nickelback is mainstream.

radiohead, while not at all underground, are not mainstream.

they're a class all their own, if you ask me.

  • @epilepticbattery Which version of Idioteque? The official version, or the raw version used in the music video?

  • how can i download this single?

  • I'm so proud of myself that i like Radiohead and not any of that pop crap like most 12 year olds.

  • I got into them at 12 too my man!

I was sitting in the bus on my way to a field trip and my buddy pulls out a CD player and goes, "Check this out man it'll blow your mind."

    Haha.

  • pablo honey is sooo underrated.. it's a nice brit pop-rock album.

my favorite RH album is kid a.

  • pablo honey its not under rated RS mag features it as one of 500 records of all time.. i think

  • Naw, they had The Bends and Ok Computer in the top 500. If they updated it, In Rainbows would most likely be in there as well.

  • ha!hehehehahahaha! hahaheheha!! jonny sounds cute :3

  • not very rare anymore cos its on deluxe of the bends

  • supplicate myself into your hands

  • las risas del final son un misterio!

  • man, they released a whole albums worth between The Bends and OK Computer

  • are they tickling poor jonny???

  • Who is that woman in the photos?

  • i got to say i love rainbows but my favorite i could always be listening 24/7 is amnesiac... i mean like all and always.

  • this should be on the bends! =) they made it in the same sessions. it's such a great song. ^_^

  • Radiohead will never gets old. A proof : I am 15 years old, and it's my favorite band, and not because of in Rainbow. My favorite album is The Bends.

  • im 13 and its my favorite band too..i rock in my guitar at their sound

i like the bends ok computer and of course...Hail To The Thief wich is maybe my favourite

  • Good taste for a 13 year old ;)

I'm 17, seen Radiohead once, seeing them again this summer - YAY!

  • Thank You :)

  • Im 14.

    Kid A all the way.

Though for their guitar work, OK Computer and in Rainbows.

  • They're my favorite band, too. I'm 16 now, and discovered them when I was 15 as well. I first bought In Rainbows on a whim because I found it for 2 bucks, and I'm glad I made that choice. I eventually bought all their albums, but my favorite one by them remains either OK Computer or The Bends.

  • oops sorry i meant to thumbs that up. thats like my story exactly. i discovered them when in rainbows came out too..when i was 15. feels like years ago. i'm completely obsessed.

  • @ManfredMitchum It´s funny, the same exact thing happened to me !

  • 4 Radiohead songs I didn't know yet and still I like very much :

    1- India Rubber

    2-Jerusalem

    3-Pop is dead

    4-Happy song

Just listen to them, they're very different, yet enjoyable!

  • i prefer yes i am

  • Lol art rock. Whatever, wanker.

  • That's the thing about radiohead, so much variety in their career there's something for everyone. Personally I have never heard a radiohead song I didn't like.

  • lol Jonny's laughing is contageous.

  • I'm another one of these people.. I can appreciate some stuff on Kid A, Amnesiac, and In Rainbows, but I love their actual guitar music from the early to mid 90s the most

  • this song blows me away

  • xD love johnny's laughing!

  • I love this song...I used to listen to it when I was like 14 or 15

  • i love this song.

  • The girl on the cover of this album also appeared in another 90's band debut- the Cranberrie's Linger video. Watch it's her!

  • this song sounds like the 88

  • Look up Kinetic by Radiohead that song will make you melt. And this song is very good

  • YES.................

  • Thanks for uploaing...I lost my original Fake Plastic Trees cassingle with this on it ages ago and have been searching for it ever since. Always thought this this was up there with Talk Show Host, Punchdrunk and Banana co. as the b-sides go.

  • No problem, good to see that I could help! I always love the feeling of hearing something that I haven't heard in a long time.

  • Yes, is Jonny's laugh =), and I love it, and love the song too.

  • me too.

  • Great laugh, whoever's.

  • AGREED, Lift is possibly the my favorite song and I like the live version so I kinda hope that it doesn't make it onto an album....

  • t-rex children of the revolution anyone?

  • 'How can you be sure' is the best song that Radiohead fans have never heard. It might be the best song out of the the Bends release.

  • Fake Plastic Trees...

  • this song needs a video,urgently.

  • god i love this song.

  • Is it true that the laughing in this track was sampled and digitally altered from Jonny's actual laugh? I don't know where I read that. I love India Rubber, but wish you'd included How Can You Be Sure? too. I found a great live version of that back in the day and I don't know what happened to it

    :(

  • no, it's colin's laugh.

  • I'm pretty sure that's Jonny's laugh...

  • yeahhh i'm pretty sure it's jonny's
