  • @adihcst I know right... Everyone and their "not ten feet" comments! It gets exhausting. 10 feet is a standard rim, and they are mostly 10 feet. L.A. fitness is known to have rims at about 9'8''. Great for practicing, and four inches makes a world of difference, and the dunks look slightly unimpressive. Dunk videos : where 'Haterade' flows like wine!!

  • @iR0NMike4 Of course man. Some of my friends were inspired by my dunking and picked up about six inches of vert JUST by hitting the weight room. Stretching is important too! I only weigh 145 so that helps me a lot!

    I'm 14 and I can touch the rim (I'm 176-178 cm) tho I still think that I am able to jump higher, but I seem not to know which workouts to do...

  • @davigfre Yoga, stretch, work out muscles that you don't usually use. When you work out, dedicate one day a week to an entire workout that you've never done before. We get stuck in a routine at the gym, don't let it happen. The "muscle confusion" is a hell of a work out. Ultimately, work hard, results happen. Avoid "Air Alert."

(Here comes the spokesperson talk hehe) Good question, Grassketball can go in sand, dirt, water, cement, snow, you name it. It can go from 6.5 to 10 feet. There's no backboard and you play in a circle instead of a rectangle. There are a few rule differences, it gets super physical, but it's a flippin blast. Check it when the vids come out... Next couple days...

  • This is too easy man. You got some serious hops. You just got them natural hops. When you just jump normal you can throw it down, you don't even have to jump your hardest. Nice job man. How'd the college ball thing workout?

  • I'm 6'1'' and try to do a full body workout five days a week. I'm trying to gain 20 pounds for sure.

  • well, if you dont mind me asking what your workout is..cause i am like at a stand still with mine, i gained like 6 inches of vert, and just havent moved in like a month. and want to get were you are.

  • I live in the mountains and ride a bike to keep the legs strong. I do free weight exercises with nothing too heavy, ever. If you've come to a standstill with your vert, try stretching everyday for a month, and don't stop: Calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, hips: It should hurt badly for a couple weeks, but treat it like a gym workout... Work hard and you'll see results, do it sparingly, and you won't. If you can spend at least a half hour a day stretching, that will help, no doubt.
