Here a good questions that everyone wonders. What happen to male mithra race?

According to the FFXI story, male Mithras are kept in a sort of "captivity" by the female Mithras.

This is because VERY little males are born in comparition to femles (1 male for every 100 females), so they can't risk those very few males getting hurt or dying, as they are necesary for the species to continue existing.

Thus, they're "used" only for breeding, and aren't permited from doing much else or even stepping out of their "preservation areas".
