  • There's nothing wrong with your form from what I can see. Shoulder press and squats are spot on! I love how you have the ability to laugh at yourself. People take themselves too seriously!

  • Your form is excellent. Obviously whoever said something negative has no clue that there is nothing written in kettle-bell in terms of form. The only thing that is an issue always is related to not bending the back too much to avoid over-straining it, so bending the knees should be well emphasized and you are doing it. Great video

  • I am a fitness instructor and your video is great & your personality makes it fun. The only long circuit video that is good on youtube so thank you!! P.S. Your body is amazing!!!

  • @TosiaRose Thank you. It's so nice to hear all the positive feedback, despite the negative ones that I receive occassionally, but I guess its impossible to please everyone. Thank you again. I will try to post some new workouts in the next couple of weeks.

  • The video is absolutely fine and the form is ok.

    Nice workout cathy.

  • Thank you for reposting, I have been loving this as a quick workout before work. Thanks again!

  • Thanks so much for reposting. I love this circuit and always feel like iv done a great workout after doing it. Keep us the good work, your awesome :)

  • Did you intentionally leave out curls and clean and press in the middle set?

  • @dougfreda2 Because there has been so much negative feedback for my form in my kettlebell workout, I am deleting it off my video playlist.

  • If you're going to post clips, make sure you demonstrate lifts correctly as form and technique are essential to using the kettlebell. Poor technique loads muscles inappropriately & will result in injury.

  • Thanks for listing your playlist in the description!!!!! I will use it for my workout for tomorrow

  • Reading the comments, agreed regarding form. With a true kettlebell swing,on the downswing the hips hinge, the trunk flexes forward with the back remaining flat. On the upswing thee hips pop forward as the trunk and arms come up. This is more of a squat lift. It's the same bad technique that Jillian Michaels uses. Unfortunately she sells a lot of vids and then when people get hurt then blame the kettlebell and not their incorrect technique.

  • you really need to get some training before putting out a video like this; you are going to get people hurt.

  • Great video. You have a very natural charm in the way you put things across.

  • Really poor form!

  • I loved this video, thanks so much for posting. Quick & Easy & Effective! If anyone is experiencing bruising with the kettlebells (especially during the Clean & Press), try using a Dumbbell with the same weight. Jillian Michael's DVD demonstrates how to use a dumbbell in place of a kettlebell. I have both nearby and switch to a dumbbell for Clean & Presses and for Windmills.

  • If you were to put your routine on a dvd I would buy it from you. Yours is easy to understand and only 12 min., Let me know if you would do it at Lindas1951@gmail.com

  • @txmom1122 ME TOO!!

  • Someone posted a comment about bruising with kettlebells, hmm, I've never heard that before. Any comments from anyone?

  • @dynamicstrength607 Thats probably because you havent been training with kettlebells for very long. Most people bang up their forearms when learning cleans. If you use an 8kg bell or more and you perform your cleans properly you will see what people are talking about.

Its a nice little circuit you have put together and you look really strong and fit but you should get a qualified or experienced KB trainer to give you some tips to correct your form.

  • Hey , I like your workout . Its just 13min at its awesome . I just purchased a kettlebell and did my 1st training with hot sexy muscly girl like you are ^_^ . Woow , now I feel good ^_^ . Good Training

  • thanks so much for posting this

  • Thanks for the complements. I tried my best.

  • @dynamicstrength607 I love your video. I am a beginner with the kettlebell and I thought you were great. I hope you come up with another one.

  • you did an excellent job and your form is good

fuck the haters they probably don't even exercised..

  • awesome video and workout! i only had a 15 lb kettlebell, so it was extra hard. THANKS for posting this.

  • I like your circuit. If you do decide to lift heavier bells please watch some tutorial vids. I'm not criticizing but I have learned from experence that if you do cleans with heavy weights and your form is off you will have some seriously bruised forearms! myohmytv.com has great tutorials if you are interested and have the time:) I've been using this site for a few weeks now and have seen some great improvement. Keep up the good work.

  • @trisha6623 I wish I had the time to watch the kettlebell workouts for technique. I am swamped with teaching aerobics classes and personal training clients. Glad you are enjoying some of the videos. I don't think I'll have time to post any new videos for quite awhile. Perhaps spring when things slow down for me a little.

    Take care.

  • @trisha6623 I'm new to exercising regularly with weights and I've heard its possible to bruise. I just got an 8lb kettlebell and have been looking for routines to follow. I've been doing ones similar to this one and I like this video's pace alot. Is it possible to bruise with a lower weight number like 8lbs? Would it mean I am doing the exercises wrong?

  • Next time use a dumbell, not a kettlebell please.

  • I suspect that the kettlebell used here was no heavier than 8 or 12 kilos ~ 20-30lbs or so. Why? Because you use it so effortlessly =P Of course it's easy to see that you are strong but still.. and yeah that swing took me about an hour to learn to do with reasonably good form.. which this isn't. Have to be concerned about your back and keep a FIRM core. If you'd have used a kb weighing 2x this much I think you would have HAD to pay more attention to form. Just so your viewers do not get HURT =)

  • I never professed to be a kettlebell expert, and I apologize if my form is not great. My purpose is to demonstrate some short workouts for those that can't make it to the gym. I'm sure there are some great instructional kettlebell videos. I just haven't had the time to watch them. If you don't like it, don't use the workout. That's all.

  • Im sure your intentions were good when making the video but people that dont know the difference between good and bad kb technique might copy you.You really shouldn't be making these kind of videos for people if you aren't proficient at the movements, it could do more harm than good. You are lucky you are strong and are using a very light bell. If unfit people use a heavier bell because thats the only one they have and copy your form they will end up hurting themselves.

  • Yes, indeed, please learn before you teach. You are swinging a kb but you are not performing a kettlebell swing. Huge distinction...

  • I have to agree with the comment about the RKC training. Big time.

  • No offense but I would seriously take at least one lesson with an RKC instructor. I'd also recommend reading "Enter the Kettlebell." Your form was just...not good. Sorry.

  • Would love to work out with her and I do not mean that in a nasty way at all Hahaha I'd pay her lots of money to get me in shape. She puts me to shame
