@kirbydedede2494 The reviewer on Kotaku said it was still there. Case 1,2 and 4 are the focus. Plus it's almost 2 and half hours long (135 minutes), so I'm sure a mere 10-15 to Case 1 is fine to establish Wright's character before throwing him to the wolves in Case 2 is acceptable.

just read the story on court records, theyve actually changed the story quite a lot. I guess it will work better in film then the games would. Still think it would be good as a tv series too though as it would be easier to keep to the original

@Andrew0David hmm so i see, however the case with the steel samurai and dee vasquez is said to be very early on and is used as a debut of edgeworth convicting her to show how awesome a prosecutor he is. (so maybe the case will be hinted at there but no more =))

I guess theyre trying to work some of the steel samurai in there too. I thought the whole thing would be there, but according to the case list, there doesnt seem to be a steel samurai case.

though some of the characters are smaller and minor things changed, it still looks great. Why? Because most anime/game to live action adaptions have been 'forced' to be as close to realism as much as possible. The only way for this movie to have made sense would to have added a bit of game elements. (Holograms kinda equal to the interface for evidence and such on the games). And im actually having high hopes for this movie because Takashi miike seems to understand the fans.
