Our justice system requires that you prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the person/people on trail committed the crime. The state was not able to do so, but go lucky in their conviction anyways. with the new evidence that came forth with the dna and witness testimonies the state new they could not prove again without a reasonable doubt and covered their ass.

And when you look at the trial take a good look on how much time was actually spent discussing evidence versus if the wicken religion worships the devil. They were guilty and the evidence was convincing. It was circumstantial but convincing nonetheless. Jessie confessed after two and a half hours NOT 12 hours. He went on to confess four more times--twice after he was convicted. The other two are hoping that Jessie doesn't speak to the media about it anymore.

The police in Memphis did not do a good job at the crime scene and their imprisonment was more about politics and fear mongering against non christians. The police of the investigation ignored this occurance. They didnt even come that night to see the man, he had the oppourtunity to leave. They DID however get blood samples from the bathroom, but of course the PROFFESSIONALS involved in this case lost the blood samples, so no one knows of who this man actually was. I feel like he was a perfect suspect for an accomplice. I KNOW tat the west memphis 3 are NOT guilty. It's naive people who do this to innocent people all the time. It NOT right.
If anyone actually takes their time and watch's the Paradise lost documentary's you would know that in the first documentary they found a man at a bojangle's fast food restaraunt the night of the murder. The manager of the restaraunt found the man disorientated and completley freaked out with blood all over his forearms.
Thank God these kids are FINALLY out of jail but they are not free and never will be until the real killer or killers are caught. There were 6 victims that horrible year and I pray for justice to come to all the boys.

One, the Judge informed them it would result in a mistrial for one of the defendants and Two, the small amount of blood failed to provide any DNA, but the blood types were consistent with Damiem and one of the victims.

Look deeper than the hype look at all the evidence. I changed my mind twice on this case. First I thought 100% guilty, then innocent, I'm back to guilty. Damien was a nut case. Well documented and hospitalized for dismembering a dog, and a whole host of other mental issues well prior to the crime. They are technically still guilty. And I agree.

Our justice system requires that you prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the person/people on trail committed the crime. The police in Memphis did not do a good job at the crime scene and their imprisonment was more about politics and fear mongering against non christians. The police of the investigation ignored this occurance. They didnt even come that night to see the man, he had the oppourtunity to leave. They DID however get blood samples from the bathroom, but of course the PROFFESSIONALS involved in this case lost the blood samples, so no one knows of who this man actually was. Someone did his job very well by accusing three innocent kids, then giving them a sentence that even the pope would try to avoid (death) by confessing the killings (and that way "ending the mistery of who really did it") and then releasing them. One, the Judge informed them it would result in a mistrial for one of the defendants and Two, the small amount of blood failed to provide any DNA, but the blood types were consistent with Damiem and one of the victims.
