  • I recently started eating healthy- but noticed, it's not cause it was for my health. But just cause it just tastes good.

    Currently instead of a donut- I picked cut up papaya (So freakin yummy, it's sweet like sugar.)

    I love cut up apples,fruit. (but honestly that doesn't cut it sometimes).

    When I go to mcdonalds, once or twice a week. I only get a yogurt.

    I usually wait to come home- and have homemade food. Not only did this make me healthier- but also saves soo much money. IM TALKIN, SO MUCH.

  • u mentioned u eat when ur not hungry. Drink a glass of water b4 u eat bc u may just b thirsty. The feeling of thirst can start n your stomach just like hunger. Also, a body'll get thirsty more then getting hungry. If ur still hungry 10 min after drinking water, then it's hunger. Also, plan ur meals 1 day b4 (eat 5 smaller meals). If u know when ur getting a meal, it'll help u not 2 snack. There's a great menu planner on USDA's mypyramid website. Best of luck!

  • Hi! I use the hot glue because it does not get tacky again once dry.

    i cut a small slit and pull the hair through and glued the track down inside of my net.

  • NO KEEP MAKING THE WIG VIDEOS! As far as the eating and weight gain I am on weight watchers and it is the easierst program I have ever been on and it promotes healthier eating. At only 12 bucks a week it isnt bad. For the swelling in the leg do you wear the supportive socks they worked wonders for me.

  • I was sent some supportive socks in the package from my parents. They have helped me out so much. I wish they weren't so expensive so I could have enough to wear every day.

  • I'm sooo glad I am not the only one wanting more wig making videos!!! I have tried to make two wigs and realize I need MUCH more instruction...LOL. Please, please video the next one you make especially if you use a hot glue gun.

  • Ocean Wave, 12". I didn't make exactly like the last one but very similar. I put the closure at an angle and the placement of the wefts are a little different around the front. I might be making another wig soon for my sister. If I do, I will be sure to post it.

  • I enjoy eating snacks at times also.But I try to go for a granola bar w/honey n oats.I will also do 100%Whole wheat bread with peanut butter,a yogurt,and a handful of grapes.I change it up also.The key is to to eat of all your foods in porpotions and by %.Ex..45% protein,30%carbs,and 25%fat.You can also eat free foods then you can eat as many as u want.Their are alot of good low cal snacks on the market.I to am losing weight and its hard.I may do some videos about it giving tips.Good luck.
