actually warhammer and warhammer 40k came out before starcraft was made, but their not the exact same as eachother so i dont see how they can be sued (or at least truly win the law suit)

Well Blizzard has stated that the Zerg were based of the nids, Humans are the Imperial Guard, and the protoss are based of the Eldar. And Games Work shop has be around way longer than Blizzard.

the interesting thing that they made was

now EVERY race is imba, so they can counter each other

mother ship is kick ass

zerg queen kill each marine with 2 attacks(on first form i guess)

ghost can spawn 6 MARINES each (ghost rush=doom)
