I know this is old, but there are some things that TOTALY annoy me^^ He never has enough tools when he goes collecting ressources! Seriously, why not take like 4 Iron pickaxes instead of one? And he passes coal like he has enough of it.. and he has none stored, so every few episodes he sees "Oh, no coal!" and then has to get some...

You find Diamonds on layer 12 also you can find obsidian,redston,coal, and iron in layer 12. So layer 12 is the best. :)

when it comes to minecraft, i am a roof hermit. i build a gigantic tower, but its not hollowed out, justall completely filled with stone, build a few out jutting platforms on the side that i use to travel up and down the outside of the tower, and then i live on the roof. dangerous? yes. fun? yes. i put my nether portal up there, i put a diving board like thing that you jump of to lead down to the mines, i put my bed, my wolfs, all that jazz up there. and its fun.

Hey guys, if you want some diamond, its easier to find it on level 16 above bedrock. Make sur if thers stone next to bedrock, break all the stone till u hit the very bottom layer. Then count 16 levels up from the bottom bedrock. HOpe this helps!! (btw i found like 64 diamonds in total)
