you make a good point, but i think that's a glitch on maple's part. if you look, he still gets +2 accuracy per scroll (just like you would with the 70%). If there is a 100% helm dex out there (which I heard is rare and expensive) I actually doubt it'd add 2 accuracy... but I wouldn't know, I haven't played in 2 - 3 years. a LOT of things have changed.
