Well derp buddy, 60 watts isn't going to cause enough heat pressure in an H.P.S. bulb to make it fire up. Get an electrical ballast rated at 200 watts, it should be just enough depending on the wattage of bulb it is. a 200 watt ballast will fire up a 600 watt hps bulb, but it won't be bright and the carbon inside will build up a lot faster, rendering the bulb useless. I love growing pot, lol!

Build yourself a Hackintosh. I have an I5-2500K based Hack I built for under a grand and it crushes the video editing compared to my Macbook. Windows can frig right off even though I dual boot the same computer with it when needed.
