As far as I'm concern. He's living fairly well overseas and is still smiling at what he did to the economy as a whole. "WE WILL WIN IN 3 DAYS" I've heard this statement hundreds and thousands of times already and yet Red can't do shit about it.

His financial property was seized from the court BCUZ of his actions taken during his power as a PM of Thailand. Its not BEFORE his power but DURING his power, that's when he DID converted some of the rules and regulations to suit best for his own beneficial in terms business. In order to seize politicians' properties is when they are in the position of cheating by USING HIS PM POWER.

errr, excuse me, taksin is cast as a bad guy, because he IS a bad guy. cracks on the airport's runway were indeed his fault, because he and his parliment corrupted millions bath out of the budgets, thus left little money to pay for poor quality sand and concrete to bulid the runways.
and MOST people do not support taksin, if you would just go to thailand and randomly ask people about their opinions on taksin, about 90% would be negative.
