If any of you guys want to compare Regine and Charice let there be a common ground i.e. length of career..and in so doing we can better objectify their achievements...By far, I think Charice has an edge simply becuase at her young age, she has been exposed and duly recognized internationally. How much more she can achieve in her 3 decades of career is and will be a tall order. Regine should feel bad..Her talent is just where it belongs, no MORE no LESS.

I hate to say this to Regine fans...Charice's career is relatively early and she has immensely been blessed with opportunities simply becuase of her talent. Regine on the other hand had almost if not 3 decades of singing career and has achieved so much yet so little. As Charice grows, so will her talent and voice quality, just as Regine did..Dont tell me Regine never had any voice lessons otherwise she would sound like a gawking, squealing duck.

Oh and by the way, It's Frenchie (Like french fries) not Frenzy (condom) =D. I havent seen Bituin lately? I've seen Frenchie in "Maalala mo kaya" and she acts really good. Based on my observations, Maybe some or most of the audience are not into this kind of music (Did they know the song?). Or maybe, the "setting" of the performance is not that really awsome to give a standing ovation (This is a game show, not a concert). Well, whether they did not gave the amazing singers a standing ovation, I can tell that they like it and gave praise by simply clapping their hands and some sort of shouting. And, I think that, it's enough to express their feelings.
