  • Good video threntyblk. I have this controller as well and I love it. I get to keep my vinyl and 1200's safe at home.

Poppalarge: The new jacks who go straight to controllers and never touch tables don't know what they're missing. I love my 1200's and I have both Gen1 and Gen2 (MK2). If I absolutely must take take vinyl with me, I got three Stanton STR8-80's as road gear.

  • Remember people this is a portable unit meant for ease of transport. VDJ is what im comfortable with on this rig because it has a built in sound card, no real need for serato.

Im old school myself, started in 85 on technic slbd1's and graduated to 1200's. Yes vinyl is still the shit but I dont want to lug around a case for sound, a mixer and two turntables so much easier with this.

  • @JonitoMangu I agree...I'm not saying portable controllers or any portable DJ devise like laptop for that matter are bad. Any controller with a built in sound card doesn't need midi. Most controllers already have built in hard drive or usb function to manage your music.

  • the mixer is a dn x-900 mixer

  • im thinkin of buying this. what kinda of mixer are u using with this and do u recommend this controller as this will be my first controller

  • @babyblue1220 yes i do recommend this controller.. but i also recommend you check out others as well like pioneer's controller

  • I agree with all of the comments on here about taking away the joy of DJ'ing, but these NEWJACKS swear to god that these DIGITAL controllers are the greatest things since sliced bread. There is nothing like grabbing your vinyl records and placing it on your turntables.. Actually, i've been rocking crowds since the 80's and vinyl hasn't failed me yet.

  • @poppalarge68 your rite because it all started with turntables...and i don't think vinyl will ever completely go away. I love vinyl it's just its not that popular in jersey when it comes to house music. i would have to travel to new york to get my hand on it especially when there is not that many distributors out there.

  • I am feelin so Dam* happy someone finally done this.... nice mix and beat matching

beside hitting the beat match button .. on virtual dj

  • @Djsilverodoet Not to sound bigheaded and all but i have ben mixing sence the late 80s.

Midy devices are cool in all but in my opinion they take the fun out of mixing i mean atleast thats how i feel about it.

  • @threntyblk couldn't agree more it takes all the fun out of mixing. nice mix btw :)

  • thats wut im talkin bout my dude...to all the haters...we love you... but stick a dyck in your ear and fukk wutcha heard!!!

  • @ReEnterprise Yesssirrrr!
