This is probably my favorite of all of Mr Cohen's videos. I giggled throughout the first time I saw it. I thought he had some sort of script but apparently it's all improvised...
After I got my MLIS degree I thought I would be around creative, inspiring people who love books; but, as I realized even during my graduate program, I am environed by people just like this, weathered and grimly cadaverous. Thank you for this video. It helps put my 40 hours a week of library drudgery--reinforced by my insipid colleagues and condescending patrons--in perspective. Librarians: society's exemplars of alienation and purposelessness.
I really liked it, libraries are wonderful places but can be quite sad.. this was excruciating like 'the office' is excruciating.. in an entertaining and satyrical way. I too would prefer a search engine called goggle - now there's a niche in the market! :)
I like this, very subtle. I think you've channeled the "Office" school of mockumentary quite well. Favorite moment: when you mispronounce "Google."
Tto be YouTube appropriate, consider adding some teens fighting or someone crashing on a bike. Or an implausibly attractive woman posing as a "nerd" confessing her secrets.
This is hilarious! Also, you are SO busted! Have you ever MET a librarian? We don't shelve books. We have people for that. You'll find us in the back room writing grants for digitization initiatives so ungrateful film majors can have free access to materials.
Come visit me in Ithaca sometime and I'll take you drinking with some noisy, tattooed librarians. Maybe your next project can be an expose on budget-slashing Congressmen.
A great comedy very remeniscent of the original office series. The acting is very well played and the post production shows an incredible ammount of talent. I really love the choice to omit music and loud folley and background sounds in the piece. Very well thought out and just as well executed. Keep up the great work.

Excellent improvisation! I especially enjoyed the part on goggle vs. books, and the idea of having a hand library. :)

The only funny thing about this is the fact that it was made by someone named Mister Butt.

A highly entertaining short. Decent acting and lots of good humour. Nice work

I might have enjoyed it if the audio hadn't been awful. Get a better mike, or just speak up a bit.
