@skatex95 Yeah, it's supposed to be a regular 10 ft rim, but it could be sagging a bit. I've never actually measured it.

@MegaPhonebooth I starting shooting baskets on a full size rim when I was 5 years old. I became a decent shooter by the time I was 12 or 13. I can shoot just as well now as I ever could, but obviously I'm a lot slower and out of shape.

FAKE you see the video getting hazy every few seconds, thats a lil video playing after another, he keeps adding lil vids to each other with a lil program to make it look realistic but stil hazy sometimes because some movements look allot like the movents every minute befor, thats what i think

@blade888855 It is 100% real. There is absolutely no editing. I didn't even own an editing program when this was shot. The video goes in and out because I was using a Sony Cybershot camera to record it. I have about 10 or more videos of my shooting baskets...none are edited. If you look at my car videos from the same time period, you'll see the same autofocus problems. I don't mind you questioning it, but I can shoot like this anytime, anywhere.

@blade888855 Yeah, that camera is a piece of crap, that's why I eventually replaced it. I'll shoot some more basketball vids with the new camera when it warms up.

If you really wanna get off the ground, try practicing jumpimg with some ankle weights, then do a layup.

@Buchoass Thanks. So far I've just been trying to lose some weight and get aerobically fit again. I've been doing a lot of distance running which completely kills my jumping ability. Tonight was my first serious weight training workout in quite a while. After a month or so of Squats, deadlifts, and benching, I'll be able to jump with some power again. I might try the ankle weights too, that was something I used to do back in the day.
