Our artists are really talented in their craft. Sadly, our artists think that Nepal exists only in the Kathmandu valley. They complain of load-shedding and lack of drinking water and crowding. There are places just outside the valley where there is no electrical lines, water supply or even hospitals. I wish our artists' voice represented other parts of Nepal as well.

Our artists are really talented in their craft. Sadly, our artists think that Nepal exists only in the Kathmandu valley. They complain of load-shedding and lack of drinking water and crowding. There are places just outside the valley where there is no electrical lines, water supply or even hospitals. I wish our artists' voice represented other parts of Nepal as well.

Also, these arguments of "left and right" are actually incorrect. The political, socio-economic scale puts ALL forms of government on the left, with total anarchy on the right. The most oppressive, controlling governments are farthest to the left, while the more free, capitalist governments move closer to the center. This allows for some government for the protection of the public... without intruding into the life of each individual (which, in my opinion, is the best form of government).

Socialism is an economic system so understand that first. So if you're saying Nazi Germany was socialist then you're saying socialism works, because Hitler brought Germany out of the Great Depression before America ever got out. For Communism to work, you have to get everyone to agree to be the same, get the same results, and agree to not want more than his fellow man.
With human nature the way it is, and with man's competitive nature, Communism can never work. Why do think the Communists have to work so hard at propaganda to convince us that its "good"? Because the theory is an affront to nature and man's own conscience.

And you can still start a business, choose where you live, move through demographics, get married to anyone in any class, etc. I admit I don't like what's going on, but that doesn't mean there isn't opportunity. This argument always bothers me, I usually only get it from conservative capitalists though. By pointing out our countries flaws,faults, and some of the bad we have done you, for some reason, assume I think it's the worst place to live. I know there are poor Africans in Darfur who would kill to come to America, does that mean I shouldn't point things out like I've done? Does it mean I'm insulting someones situation? It's not that you point out the USA's issues, it's that the ones you point out are fabricated. Capitalism is the issue? Finance? Why is it that over our dying cultural sense, family sense, traditional sense, artistic sense, and national sense? Those seem like more serious issues to me than the fact that there are some people who no matter what won't ever exercise financial independence- the people you say are "created broke" by capitalism. For one Christendom in the US hasn't exactly been causing actual theocracy. How come some bible proponents arguing for their agenda is any worse than say a group of gays arguing theirs? I think the issue is that we're trying to shape our culture through legislation, which is retarded. That and the ridiculous sympathy worldwide for anti-capitalist and leftist mentalities is what's weakening the west, particularly the US.
