It's the last part of the last of four movements of the William tell overture by giacchino Rossini but it's not really four movements but four sections and no pause between any of the sections and they are Unofficially designated but it's clear even to someone not familiar with the piece or classical music where the division line between each section (each approximately 3 minutes long) is.
