Yup. It's basically just an ad for the site and all the stuff that's on it. Each one of them is basically saying the same thing, but with each character's personal touch, like Shana blurting out "URUSAI URUSAI URUSAI!" and Wilhelmina ending every sentence in "-de arimasu."
