Aww that is a really nice festive there. By the way, -2 degrees, wow! That's super freezing temperature! Looking at all of the stands, makes me want to go and see more of the festivities they have in Sapporo or in other parts of Japan.

There are these cleats that you can buy that attaches to your shoes so you don't fall down. They are on the web somewhere. In Hokkaido you really need them!

Japanese people seem to like Christmas markes really much. One near my place is totally overrun by Japanese tourists. I think, more then 50 % of the visitors are from Japan, 25 % from America and the rest is either German or from some other country in the world. Don't drink too much Glühwein ;)

I live in Germany and I wonder that something like that even exists in Japan. We don't have a japanese "christmas market" :P

Maybe in japanese culture exists nothing like that.. ha
