  • Oh thank you so much love Don Johnson since the very first time I heard him way back in1982 I have loved all his music thank you thank you thank you!!!

  • I Can't Complain - Don Johnson

  • truer words have never been sung!I sing it often

  • i remember him when i was young. i grew up the pentecostal church. this is a moving song.

  • words do not describe all the love and humbleness of brother johnson. he has been my pastor since coming to the Lord and I love him (brother Johnson and Jesus!) with all my heart. i am blessed beyond measure to call this great man of God my pastor and there is not a day that goes by that God brought me to his church! I love the Lord with all that I am and praise God for the anointing of Brother Johnson!

  • I was raised the son of a UPC pastor, listening to Brother Johnson's singing, while my dad prayed. I am now 38 years old and that SAME God is STILL oh so GOOD to me....!

  • I have known Bro. Johnson since I was a kid going to Campmeeting in Olla, Louisiana back in the 60s and 70s. Such a pure voice and such anointing. What a preacher, also. My Dad lives in the Memhis area and gets to visit with Bro. Johnson on occasion. He admires Bro. Johnson and it is such a pleasure to him when he does. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, Bro. Johnson and God bless you.

  • I've been blessed by his Godly music a long time even though I've never met him in person. I used to play the organ for a young teenager who only sang Pastor Johnson's songs. What a pleasure, easy, but so full of meaning and God always blessed. Annointed singing, preaching and song writing. Thank you!

  • I am blessed beyond measure to call Bro. Johnson my Pastor. To get to spend every service singing with him and listening to his wonderful messages. He is one of the greatest men of God you will ever come across.

  • Thanks for posting this. This is an almost forgotten one time fav. of mine. Bro. Johnson was such a blessing when he was in Canada as he speaks of here. Although many years have past it is wonderful to know he can still sing this song with conviction.

  • Beautiful! What a Godly man...

  • thank you for posting this...

he has been my role model for a long time...

    i love my papa!!!

  • Thank you for posting this. The song has a special place in my heart, I just love it.

  • what a testimony- Praise the Lord.

I am glad to hear the original version of this song and the author as others have changed it to "I won't complain" but however you say it the fact remains that it is God that is the central theme for this song and any thing that we go through. God sees us through a multitude of circumstances.

  • I seen him at Campmeeting in Hoopeston IL back in 1976. I love this song - plus others his son wrote
